I’m very disappointed on the valentine dinner set. RM280++ for the poor service and the food. If you are “environmental lover”, you may visit, if you are food lover and also planning to give your lover a wonderful memory, I will personally not recommend to. Such a western restaurant with good environment, at least must have some sort of standard? Asked waitress about any wine / champagne to recommend, they dun know. Okay. It’s fine. Therefore we ordered a Moët champagne to prevent any wrong choice for wine. (Sorry, I seldom to drink wine, so I need your recommendation ). Food was bad, lovely quil? Recommended by some local friends, so we went on 1st Aug. Food was nice, environment also quite chill. At first we planned to stay till the live band started.

BUT... one of your staff really spoiled our mood. A young guy with specs and cap — not sure why so rude and impatient to us. We asked nicely if can change table, he straight gave us an annoyed face, looked around (maybe for other staff?) then just told us the table was booked. We understand if table arrangements already set, but seriously, no need to give face like that. Just talk nicely can already.

Before that also a bit frustrated — we look for a staff quite a while. Saw 2-3 staff all just attending one table. I get it la, maybe that table got special request or whatever, but at least acknowledge us a bit?

In the end we decided to leave before the live band even started. The bad attitude just totally ruined our mood.
