烤铺 KAO STORE — Restaurant in Johor

Terrible experience.

Spent 30 mins to queue for our table outside the restaurant without aircon and fan. After customer left they don’t have enough manpower to clean and bring people waiting outside in to have a seat first.

After we finally got in and placed order we waited another 1 hour for our food and no food served at all. We checked with the staff and they told us they have to clear all the order from previous customer then will start to prepare ours. And we saw at least 4 delivery man took orders and left.

In conclusion, it was just wasting of our time. Don’t come when you are starving....

This place is an absolute disaster! The menu screams Chinese barbecue, but it's a frozen nightmare with zero quality. 48 RM for 3 mini oysters? What a letdown! The red oil wontons? Frozen and the complaints about cold dumplings are endless. Bite three, and surprise – tough raw meat and pig fat. Complained to the owner, got a lousy 20% off on the last piece. The boss's handling and lack of business sense? Infuriating. Total bill: 130+ RM, minus 15.78, 126 RM. Leaving, and I'm not one to let go of those 15 Malaysian Ringgit. In Singapore or China, this place would drown in criticism...

I was craving for 酸辣粉 and happened to pass by this restaurant... And then I was disappointed with the food because it was really too spicy and not edible 🥲 I hope the chef can modify the flavour so it can be more acceptable. On the other hand, the ambience of the restaurant is great....
