If I could give 0 stars, I would. This place did not feel very welcoming.
Tldr: You can tell a lot about a business by how the boss treats his staff. While his workers ran around trying their best under pressure, the Chinese boss just stood/sit around chatting on his phone, occasionally pointing at them to do stuff. His staff were Burmese, and barely spoke/understood eng Malay or Chinese, which made ordering and communications really tiring. Chicken and duck talking. Assumingly he is local, he could’ve easily helped with the language gap and crowd, but chose not to. Honestly, this place feels more like a ticking time bomb than a restaurant. Never again.
We arrived at 9pm, stood around ignored for 5 minutes, then had to seat ourselves at a dirty table and waited again for them to clear the table, give us the menu, etc.
Only 3 Myanmar staff were scrambling around taking orders, clearing table, serving food and cashiering —confused, overwhelmed, and barely able to understand Malay, Chinese, or English. Ordering felt like a full-on game of charades and sign language. Even paying felt like a miscommunication minefield—it felt like duck and chicken trying to talk—no clue if our bill was right. Things we order came late or wrong or never even come.
Then they randomly started bringing out dishes we didn’t ask for, telling us it’s “free,” while we were under the impression we were doing ala carte. Confusing and chaotic.
Safety? Nonexistent. One guy was literally blasting a flamethrower at charcoal pots by the entrance with zero gear, surrounded by cars and people.
While his workers were drowning, the Chinese boss stood around chatting or scrolling on his phone, just pointing at them like they were disposable. He could’ve stepped in to help, especially with the language gap and crowd, but chose to do nothing. This place needs a lot of improvement to keep people coming.
Price for food was daylight robbery as well. 88RM for a few slices of waygu meat, it's way too expensive for the quality and portion. And we weren't even full after eating, more tired from the charades.
Don't waste your time, much better BBQ places...
Read moreFake reviews from those that give 5 stars lol the freaking service is ridiculous. Everyone there don't understand English/Malay/Chinese LOL Then what u understand?

Everything also don't understand then u work for what? Menu only gotten after 30mins, staff can't understand simple question.
Asked them if their soup is included they said it's not included but it is, shabu shabu ordered since the first round but didn't serve all the way until we were almost done with our food.
Our table next to us were also saying the same thing. This place is those "来一次就不会再来的地方” ridiculous lol...
Read moretried the food previously which is very good however this visit we didn't dine there. there were 5 pax of us and we requested for 2 bbq stoves which the staff initially said it's okay. however later another staff rejected so we suggested splitting into 2 bills which was also initially accepted but in the end, another staff mentioned that the boss is looking through the CCTV and is angry so didn't allow this request. im wondering if the boss will be angrier if they missed out this revenue. disappointed in the whole process and will not visit if I have...
