Bought for my husband's birthday ice cream cake, one of the women staff made a mistakes regarding the voucher/promotion which lead to 2 times charging on my credit card, already made a report regarding the issues to BR management but still no updates and news on refund, very dissapointed on the services and no accountability and responsible on the mistakes they done, looks like we will take this matter to tribunal department as they thought that by delaying our updates makes we give up and accept the fact that we will not get the refund back. I bought GRAB VOUCHERS.

I went to Aeon Permas Jaya JB b4,but the female staffs looks unfriendly (not puasa timing) & insist cannot use 2 vouchers on the spot.Even my mom & my sister is with me tat time.

Visited on a Sunday and there was only one staff working. Bad planning of resources. There was a promotion "buy any 3 free 1 cooler bag + one pint". A person in front of me ordered 3 half-gallon. Then more customers started streaming in. After 30mins, the staff still wasn't done with the order of 3 half-gallon. We gave up and left. We won't be visiting this...
