Secret Recipe — Restaurant in Johor

I drive there because im craving for hokkaido triple choco cheese my daughter go down of car to buy and she was mistakenly order the other hòkaido cheese that no chocolate which is we admit i was in the phone talking to her so then i decided to go down to ask them to change the cake but they refuse to change it because they said they already slice i told them (we ddnt even take the cake yet still there on your hands.. why cannot change? And what if your the who one mistakenly give the wrong slice of cake and customer want a change what is the difference then they take it and said will change but not happy facr and then they starting to raging banging all the door of the fridge drop the pen on the book and writing something that they are angry and looks like want to punch someone...so then i know they are angry i am thinking maybe they will do somethong in my food i try to check the cake coz i suspect maybe they spit on it like i use to see in some video in social media some restaurant doing that when they angry to customers so when i saw the cake the other one looks dry but compare to other slice there some bubbles looks saliva looks slippery because i dont trust i decided not to eat and throw in a garbage bin better be safe im not saying they spit but i just suspect coz the slice of cake looks different tsk tsk so sad i wont go back to that shop again coz the staff are rude cake was ok and food but your staff no...

So I feel very free today to write this review so here it goes: 3:10pm I decided to pay a visit to the aquarium, 3:15pm reached the aquarium and quite disappointed that there were only 3 fishes; 2 male and 1 female fish. So female fish had white red stripes, stared at me from the moment I entered all the way to the cake display. As expected fishes dont smile. Male fish was the same but redeemed himself as I reached the counter by giving me a very nice "Welcome". Now the 2nd male fish looked like it was on another level, attired in full black, yet as I was paying at the counter all the way till I left not a sound and the same attitude as a fish, stare and blink blink; as expected. In the end only the female manager I assume, gave a nice "Welcome" as I entered. If you're planning a trip to the aquarium and quantity is not an issue, I recommend visiting here.

P.S. All sarcasm aside, cakes still had standard which is the only reason...

Came to the restaurant at 9.40pm, the staff informed that they have closed operations even though in Google stated restaurant closes at 10pm. FYI, we only wanted to get a slice of cake to go for which the manager said “usually all F&B close operations at 9.30 & all staff leave the shop”. I personally have never received unprofessional and bad service from such a pioneer food chain like Secret Recipe. This branch really needs to give proper training to their manager. The staff however was more accommodating than the manager. The manager could learn some manners from the other lady staff...
