Coffee + Cream — Restaurant in Johor

I was looking for a comfortable cafe spot in order to spend my time to settle some working stuff while coming back Muar for GE15. But sadly, cafe staff/owner wanted me to switch to another seat where I have had all my things setup comfortably. They claimed they need to let go my table for other customers bcuz it is a Sunday. This is NOT acceptable. I wont be coming back to this cafe again, and urge everyone whom has the intention to visit this place to think twice. This is a pretty rude gesture for chasing your customer away in view you're going to accommodate other customers who came later than me. (bear in mind, while i ordered my coffee & cake, there aren't that packed yet, that is why i decided to settle myself down and spent my money here). The freaking not courtesy staff/owner as in picture. Ps 1. There aren't misunderstanding in my context, it is what it is as I put through. The kind of rude and not courtesy business conduct is something going to bring you down (eventually). Words go around, and I'll see you ain't go far from here. Ps 2. To correct your context: You're the one whom chased me out from my comfy setup in order to accommodate your other customers, while not other customers whom chase me away. Ps 3. Your behaviour of CHASING me away as a customer, in actual fact, it was you were the one started to cause disturbance and inconvenience to myself. Ps 4. There ain't any physical violence conducts in the entire episode, I strongly condemn the way you're trying to smear customer whom has patronised. Had visited this cafe during our brief visit in Muar yesterday, around 1pm. We took the seat near the main entrance comfortably and we appreciated the cool, cozy place with the high heat outside as there’s a portable aircon near us. Cafe is nicely decorated with a sophisticated feel. Placed our order breezily & counter staff was patience and polite trying to fix what we wanted & needed. We ordered from traditional steam bread with otah to their signature Almond tiramisu which I highly recommended not only the cake is delicious but the almonds on top are so fresh & crunchy. New York Cheesecake is up to our expectation as well. Not forgetting the durian mochi & cake which came later if you’re durian lovers, please don’t miss that! We even packed the Mochi & Almond tiramisu all the way back to Singapore! Coffees are aromatic & taste great. The Thai milk tea I ordered didn’t go too much diluted even after almost an hour there so they managed the ice well without diluting it too fast & the tea was still chill enough. Overall nice ambience, awesome desserts & drinks. Our take away were nicely packed too. When I’m back to Singapore 6-7hrs later, cakes & mochi didn’t go...

This was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. I spoke politely to the lady at counter, yet she responded with a rude, dismissive expression and an attitude that made me feel extremely unwelcome. In the service industry, basic respect is the minimum standard. clearly, she doesn’t understand that. To make matters worse, when we simply asked for a cup of hot water for my grandmother to take her medicine, she flat-out refused at first. Only after we explained it was for medicine did she reluctantly bring it, and even then her cold and condescending manner was unacceptable. If you plan to work in service Industry, please fix your attitude, because with service like this, you won’t get very far. This experience was utterly disappointing, and I would never return nor recommend anyone else to go through the same mistreatment.
