R Luxury Restaurant — Restaurant in Johor

Not a pleasant meal over there. Expected a more experience waiter when oder taking.

Longevity noodles texture is Q , not soft enough;

Chicken ordered Taiwanese style, 三杯鸡， totally out ,served with lots of gravy and the important ingredient basil is not added!

Soup of the day- soup base is ok but the vegetables is too old and not cooked well enough, even its served greeny. But this type of vegetables soup should be well cooked , of course to my taste buds.

Stir fried vegetables, oh my, it's not presentable at all. Celery with water roots this playe of ve6is so dull. Some carrots, mushroom, chillis would have made this plate colorful!

Fish is fresh and consider not a bad one!

Slow service. Not very pleasant dining experience.

Lots of room for improvement. Right now temporarily definitely not an option to dine in for a second time...

Overall the restaurant served reasonably good Chinese cuisine. Prices are competitive with other local restaurants. Need to improve on services to the customers. The number of staffs seem to be ok except that they need to work systematically. They bring the utensils by pieces and not enough for the customers. This will drain their energy in carrying out their task and create a wrong impression on the customers. However syabas to them as they are friendly and didn't show their sour faces. At first when I came, it was nice. But the staff here are not experienced with the Chinese style food that the restaurant serves , for example the green chilli most Chinese families ask for at coffee shops or restaurants. Nearing the end of our meal, there was a sudden power cut and half of the lights turned off as u can see in the pictures below. That includes the air conditioning, it quickly became really hot.
