KFC Taman Daya — Restaurant in Johor

If I could give the lowest, I would give nothing. This happened few days ago. We want to redeem big coupons and one of the staff asked us to wait and show his back to us doing other orders while there's already a staff doing that. Another staff just stares at us acting like busy like I know its hard to communicate if you're an introvert as I'm also an introvert working in hospitality/customer service, but you chose this job. Even if you're doing it for money, don't show it to customers. Two Chinese uncles skipped line and that staff just served them while we waited right in front of the counter. The awkwardness and internal rage we had watching our turn to order being ignored. Those customers only redeem small coupons. We're still kind enough to not request chicken parts but the fact that they only gave us all meat, no wings or and barely a drumstick. This franchise is not even our first option but it's the closest to our way home and we got home a little late because of the service being delayed. Are they new staff? I understand the under-staffed problem but seriously, don't show your back to customers for too long when you asked them to wait. It looks like you don't want to deal with them. Worst KFC we have been too. There was no bun- nothing was said about replacing that to some (small) old dried fries. My daughter didn’t even take a single bite of it. Apart from the food, the service was the worst too. I asked before going upstairs if they have tomato sauce upstairs and they said yes. I went up and guess what? There wasn’t any tomato sauce in the dispenser. I had to go all the way down again to ask the cashier and this time she told me- oh there isn’t any tomato sauce. Not even the packet ones. I ordered 5pieces chicken hot/spicy on 27 Dec 2020 just before 9pm with clear remark asking for no wings and no drum stick and chicken breast and end up 3/5 pieces is 2 drumstick and 1 wing and darker than the usually fried chicken at other outlet. On top of that they only give 3 small packet chilli sauce only for 5 piece chicken. It cost me about RM40 to get small2 piece chicken not even the standard serving. I ordered through food panda.
