McDonald's Taman Sutera DT — Restaurant in Johor

I have never experienced such bad service. Gave them two chances to change their service attitude but still the same. The attitude of the staff here is really bad. First time being there, the drive-thru lane all people waited so long just because their credit card machine was system down and no notice was provided at the payment counter, people in the all very rushing to find cash even some of them didn’t bring any cash on hand….. The second time I came, I drive to the payment counter after ordering and no one served me. After 4-5 minutes, the car behind honked, and I had no choice, I drove to the pick-up counter to ask the staff, she served me with an annoyed face and said I just asked you to pay here 🙂 Hope McDonald's Malaysia can train your staff well, what does your staff mean, people need to pay at the pick-up counter? FYI, drive-thru is a take-away service provided by the business, which allows customers to buy products without leaving their cars, and also provides convenience for us. McDonald's Taman Sutera Johor Bahru is a very big Dri-Thru family restaurant. The car park is very big. Some of the customers are from other countries. Some customers are from neighbouring country across the causeway. The business is very good. Night time see more customers. Many patrons sit in open air. Some watch Espn soccer show and talk into the late night. After the 11th clock at night the business picks up as they called level high. This level high businesses would drag on to 2 in the morning. Late night can see a lot of cars lined up for the Dri-Thru service. At this late hours can see a lot of youngsters surfing the Internet. Here free WiFi is provided for 24 hours non stop. While at night from 6pm to 9pm McDonald's have Happy Hour. Burgers sold in set is sold in special prices for the day. There is a children's playground indoor. You can dine and at the same time watch your children playing. I wish to be back...

Just now I went to the restaurant and ordered Double Mc Chicken Burger. And ordered the prosperity drink as my choice. Payment done and waiting for the food. Suddenly one of the lady incharge came and told me that they don't have the prosperity drink and ask for a change of drink. If the item is not available than why the order machine still showing available?? Don't have time to change isit?? Another big disappointment is in the Chicken Burger, there is a 5cm size plastic in between of the eggs. Oh what a great way to say sorry and give an apple pie as complimentary and say sorry. Is this the way you treat mistakes. How if I already swallow the plastic. Still give me the apple pic when I was admitted to hospital isit?
