I visited this sushi restaurant with my wife and our 3-year-old daughter around noon. There were no other customers, so my wife and I decided to stay for lunch. We ordered two set meals: one was a Karrage Chicken Curry Rice set, and the other was a Chicken Teriyaki set with rice, plus one handmade sushi roll (4 pieces). While waiting for the meals, my daughter went to the playground without socks, so we bought a pair for RM4 at the counter. However, the playground was quite dirty and didn’t seem well-maintained, though my daughter still managed to have fun.
When the meals arrived, my wife’s meal came first, but we were disappointed by the quality. The curry was more like a watery soup rather than a proper curry, so we asked for a replacement. The rice was hard, almost like it had been cooked the day before. Then, my Chicken Teriyaki set came, and I was already expecting it to be underwhelming. The chicken was simply grilled with some teriyaki sauce on top. The rice, again, was not freshly cooked but seemed like leftover rice from the day before.
I expressed my dissatisfaction to the waitress, pointing out that the restaurant had no other customers, yet the food quality was poor and rushed. She apologized, mentioning that she was new to the job. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience. We ended up spending RM99, which included the meals, entrance fees, and the socks. Given the quality of the food and the high price, I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant. It just wasn’t worth the money. The menu illustrations looked much better than the...
Read moreBAD SERVICE My family did a booking to reserve the groundfloor for birthday celebration. Initially told require minimum 20 ppl to reserve it with each one to order for 1 main dish and 1 drink. Then increase to 25 and we agreed to it and reservation on the groundfloor done. Lastly, ONE HOUR prior to us going to the restaurant (the owner said they tried to reach us earlier was also on the day itself after reservation was done previously), the owner called to tell us we need min 27 persons with same min order with the reason the ground floor can allocate 27 ppl and we didnt have the number. After some quick arguement through phone, minimum order not required and we proceed to going to the restaurant. This is unacceptable as reservation was done and the restaurant failed to execute it. The communication is a failure and the way they portrait was that they're just trying to maximise their profit to allocate more customer (they had customer walked in and upper ground fully occupied). We wont be pissed off if inform earlier and make a clear arrangement/good communication. Clearly they just trying to maximise profits from the pockets of the families by making empty promises. No credibility at all! Food are bad. Chicken karaage mainly filled with flour and chicken skin, should be renamed to chicken skin karaage . Sushi was pathetically small(4 small pieces) with price of 16.9. Service and food are slow The only thing is theres playground for the kids but there are other better cafe with better playground Not...
Read moreQuite expensive, nor worth. Was told to have min order rm25/pax for adult and rm15/pax for kid. It is understandable to have a kid set for my age4 son. But my daughter not more than 2yo who stimes just even eat few bites only, yet still required to order at least a side dish for her. I thought since it request min order, there should have no any cleaning fee/entrance fee, but still need charge rm12/kid for a small playground. When my kids and husband done eating and went to playground, I was still eating my dish. Staffs like keep rushing customers to finish the foods. When eating, it was okay when they came to take away the plates left by my husbands and kid. But when i JUST finish eating, they immediately came to clean the plate. Ok, its fine. And then I start to drink my tea, the staff came to spray alcohol and wipe table. HELLO, my tea was there, u sprayed alcohol? No more next time. Expensive and not so...
