Seriously out, the worst satti soru I ever ate. Today we went to this place and we ordered mutton thiruvizha sapadu and chicken prawn mix satti soru. We add on a side dish as fish fillets. The only dish I liked is the side dish. The fish fillets was tasty and fresh.The thiruvizha sapadu quite good but not so tasty. The mutton curry was tasty but the mutton need to cooked well. The side dish for thiruvizha sapadu as kobis is seriously out. But for thiruvizha sapadu you can add on egg and pachadi. How come we can accept this as thiruvizha sapadu without egg ,papadam and pachadi. The price is not reasonable and very expensive. Coming to satti soru, oh god such a worst satti soru. You open a restaurant for serving people with tasty foods not tasteless food. Before you serve to customer, try to taste the food. The person who cooked the food also won't eat.such a tasteless satti soru. The prawn taste like rubber. Overall such worthless satti soru and the price is very expensive. Not reasonable. Nevertheless, when we asked the workers for papadam, they said finished and they serving the thiruvizha sapadu with plate not the banana leaf. If the things finished means pls prepare earlier and don't give reasons to customer because we are paying and didn't eat for free. If we paid less means will you accept it? The workers treat us politely and friendly as well. So there's no problem with workers but the food seriously out. But I wonder how come alot of people come and eat here. seriously the food taste not worth enough. But I'll highly recommend the fish fillets as side dish. that side dish seriously tasty. I'll never come and eat here anymore.out of list. Pls serve the tasty food. Hopefully the owner will take note. The one star also not worth for this restaurant. But the one star...

Went to have lunch with my family today. Although the food was ok, the person taking the order was very misleading! Firstly, we ordered the 'Thiruvilla Sapudu' for 3 pax, the staff mentioned the combo comes with payasam, omelette, papadum and drinks, but never once did they mention it was for an additional charge and it was not written on the menu. They also asked what type of chicken you'll like to order! You see, any normal person would think it'll be part of our order. The correct way of saying would have been, for an additional price you can get this combo & chose the type of chicken you want. I didn't know about the charges until I'm paying. Not only I paid extra, they missed one of the orders and it ended coming later than the other sets.

I'm not sure whether it's intentional or human error, but withholding important information makes your customer feel cheated. Pls be extra careful when you're ordering at this place. Anyway the price for the combo was so not worth it...

To caveat, I have always come here to eat their satti sorru. However, this time I went at 6pm for early dinner.

I was surprised to find out they don't have mutton, sotong or fish. Initially they said it was sold out. When I probed more, they said that the meat (mutton) for dinner will only be ready at 8pm (in 2 - 3 hrs)

Our family of 7 adults and 4 children were so upset that the establishment expects us to only eat chicken or prawn.. not sure if prawn is available.

We left and went to another place not too far away and ate our hearts full of chicken, mutton, fish, prawn , squid and crab.
