Nando's IOI Mall Kulai — Restaurant in Johor

First time trying nando’s, not bad but not that good.

Food : I like the coeslaw, its really good. like it so much that i ordered it twice. Peri-Mac & Cheese Bowl are unpleasant for me, too much cheese maybe. Peri-Honey Yuzu wings size like a quail. Its so small, not worth the price at all.

Services : Staff ok lah. But I ask for sauce then this one staff tell me to take it by myself while she can actually help me. Other staff keep talking to his friend whos actually a customer. Food come not that fast but not that slow, just nice.

Environment : not a fancy place, just...

Service was disappointing, waited for a table for 15 minutes despite having a few empty tables, was told by the waiter that those table were for 3 pax and above and we will have to wait for a 2 pax table despite the time being around 8pm and there were no queue behind us. Finally seated, after placing our order, we waited 30 minutes for the empty glass (for refillable soft drinks) and food portion was lesser than the usual portion at other branches.

Did not get a picture of the 4 pcs yuzu wings we ordered but they were the tiniest infant wings we ever...

Came to eat alone at this outlet. The female staff who brought the menu was very kind. I ordered half a chicken through the QR code scan but didn’t know how to inform the kitchen that I preferred the breast part. When the food arrived, it was one breast piece and one thigh piece. I asked the female staff to change it, but she misunderstood and changed both pieces to thighs. I asked for another change because I don’t like that part.
