A Mixed Dining Experience with Some Highlights
it was a decent experience with a few notable highlights and some areas for improvement. The ambiance of the restaurant was quite pleasant. The decor was modern and stylish, creating a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which made us feel at ease right from the start.
The menu offered a good variety of dishes, and we were excited and tried several of them. The mixed platter was a delight. Each type of meat had its own unique flavor and texture. The grilled chicken was juicy and tender, with a smoky flavor that was enhanced by a delicious marinade. The beef kebabs were perfectly seasoned and cooked to a medium-rare, retaining their succulent juiciness. The lamb chops were a standout, with a rich and savory taste. They were cooked just right, with a nice sear on the outside and a tender, juicy interior.
The shawarma was outstanding. The meat was perfectly seasoned and cooked to perfection. The kunafa was heavenly. The texture and flavor did not disappoint. The kunafa was served warm, with a golden, crispy exterior made from shredded dough. The first bite revealed a gooey, stretchy cheese filling that was perfectly balanced with the sweetness of the syrup drizzled over the top. The syrup, infused with a hint of rose water, added a fragrant and aromatic touch that elevated the entire dessert. The baklava was an absolute delight and truly lives up to its reputation as a masterpiece of pastry.
The service was generally good, but there were moments when it felt a bit slow, especially when we were waiting for our main courses. This was a minor inconvenience but worth mentioning.
Overall, this place has potential and offers a pleasant dining experience with some standout dishes. However, there are areas that could use improvement, particularly in consistency and service speed. I would recommend...
Read moreFood was pleasantly good and decent although price was on the higher side for atas pakistani makmak. I enjoyed the beef shwarmas very much paired with their mayonnaise/ aioili dressing as well as the mutton curry which was tender but taste not too much to my liking.
Ordered teh halia beverage but found it moderately unacceptable and shocking that they had to heat it up using a microwave.
Service staff was well mannered and accommodating. This is commendable.

Whole dang restaurant was empty last night, while we were the only table serviced in this large restaurant at 7 pm plus. For such a highly rated restaurant, the fact that it was so eerily quiet during a Muslim holiday peak hour speaks volumes.
Might return in the future and try their other dishes. In the mean time, will keep exploring nearby...
Read moreEasily one of the best nasi beriani in town. I particularly prefer the Arab rice with chicken, as it is not spicy and the exotic aroma and spices are not found elsewhere. Also not to be missed are the naans and roti canai. The staff are nice, always smiling. Some of them are from Islamabad. My only criticism is the air-conditioning, the whole dining area is only run by a ceiling cassette unit and two wall hung units, it is warm. They need to add at least another ceiling unit to cope. Also needed is a fly arrester. Installing a double screen door will also help keep the bugs outside. Strawberry laasi is too sweet too, need to seriously reduce the sugar for health reason. Heard the tandoori is very spicy. Will try the...
