Updated on 27/3/2022 - Changed my rating to 1 star because one iced cham has gone from RM 2.80 to RM 3.20, I can understand such move but 40 cents is more than 10% price hike! And bear in mind this place is doing quite well (speaking from someone who's grew up in this neighborhood), uploaded two new photos, brace yourself if you're reading this but I bet kopitiam like this hardly care about the comments here. Please keep this trend in your mind in light of the upcoming minimum wage implementation, I get there will be another round or price hike.

Read moreAbout 4 shops big and there are wide range of food options (from local to Thai to China etc) Ordered 4 dishes from different stalls. All were good except the fin soup is not really my cup of tea because it tasted more like a pork soup and the mocked fins are not chewy at all. Chan sau lin steam fish is very nice because the fish is very fresh.
Parking here is difficult so I park at the mall opposite this place - dataran c180.

The place is congested in the evening and parking is a problem. No thanks to all the domineering restaurant owners taking up parking lots to place tables and chairs.
