The cashier was really friendly and reminded us that there's a promo that could save us some bucks. RM26 for two root beer, 2 fried chicken, 6 pcs of nuggets and a curly fries. Which is a good deal. We were happy with the good deal we got and can't wait to dig in.
It was pretty late at around 9pm, my husband and I borak borak until 921pm and look at the numbering screen. Our order of fried chicken, nuggets and the curly fries were still under preparing weren't ready yet. There were only a few tables of customers, restaurant weren't fully packed with customers. We thought ok i guess they were busy with grab orders kut so we bagi chance larh, wait a bit more.
Until 940pm still no sign of our food being READY. Our number also disappeared from the screen. My husband couldn't wait any longer, he went and reminded the staff about our order, then i noticed two new elderly customers came in and already gotten their order way earlier than ours. 🙄 seems like despite with numbering system the order distribution was still not according to queue.
We finally got our food, and despite waited for like 40 mins, we still had to wait for our curly fries cause' they told us it isn't cooked yet... We then savour our chicken first... the chicken didn't look like they just fried it... more like it was put out for quite some time already, same goes to the nuggets. What took them so long to serve it to us? We then waited for another 8 mins and the fries weren't even done yet so again my husband went and inquire. This time, the fries was finally ready to be served and was placed at the receiving counter. When my husband asked the staff why didn't they call out for our number? The staff just look at him blank.... again the fries was cold....?????? 🤷♀️🤷♀️🤷♀️
I seriously think you guys need to retrain your staff and do QC from time to time otherwise you might end up like KFC cause' after this bad experience i'm not going back anymore. Don't be cocky and think that losing one customer won't hurt 'cause the truth is there will be many more local fast food chain with better food and hospitality than you. Read more2 kitchen , 1 cashier / packer & 1 floor staff on Saturday night . Not sure how things planned out . The cashier seems new or either lazy as the counter steps it totally off the zone . Multiple time of touching her face and tudung before continue with her work of packing . Highlight of all would be her mirror split second for atleast 3 times before returning to the task . Took her tons of glance in order to settle one order & the chatting and non moving hand . I’m not sure how do you keep your regulars on coming back . There is a calling number system I don’t see the point for the to ring the bell for 5 times just to get the customer where there is one waiting customer infront of the cashier waiting for ordering . 20 mins just for a waffle to go & float . I saw the illustration of the burger on Foodpanda was quite big but when I got it on my hands at restaurant, it's very different from the picture.
