BACC Seafood — Restaurant in Kajang Municipal Council

The food taste and price were okay. Ordered dimsum, hor fun, salted egg prawn , oriental suace squid. The juice apparently are bottled juice,not fresh juice, should mention in menu its BOTTLED JUICE. At 1st service was fast as not much people. When crowd is increasing , our 2nd time order takes time longer than 1st round. The 2nd time order PRAWN hor fun but we get chicken, and since my daughter already ate 1 piece, and already want to go back, we just ate it. While paying, I asked cashier is prawn and chicken hor fun is the same price, as i didnt get prawn but chicken instead. She just answered same, without apology gave the wrong food. Fine, paid all. But, the respond that i got from the cashier REALLY BAFFLED me. I just gave her gentle reminder and advise before i left, next time please make sure send the correct food that was ordered.. the audacity she replied to me " But chicken hor fun taste better than prawn". Seriuosly?that respond without even say sorry, we will try our best next time things like that. AND MY FAMILY LIKE PRAWN BETTER with big smiling...

Food was good, but service was rubbish. I don’t know what was the point of half the male waiters. The females ones however were diligent.

The food - It was enjoyable. We enjoyed most of what we ordered, the prawn dumplings, the stir fry vegetable, the sticky rice, the salted egg squid and more.

The service however was absolutely terrible, but I don’t think it was the full fault of the mgmt but the servers. My family and I were placed far away from the reception. From where we sat, we could see 3-4 waiters/servers sitting and playing with their phones as my family tried to order. Everytime I needed something, maybe an extra menu, to ask about the order or ask more utensils, I had to get up to walk to that table of staff to ask.

Horrendous. They didn’t even bother to check if we needed anything. Just said to order in the QR - which I might add that they hadn’t mentioned in the beginning.

Ultimately good food was ruined by the staff service. If I could give 0.5 or negative 1, I would. Please reconsider who you bring onboard and monitor...

Food was overall okay, red grouper fish was kinda dry though. Atmosphere is nice.

What really sucked though was the service, very slow. I think you need to triple your team members and ensure they know basic info about the menu like what's the fish size. They should be experts of the menu. They seemed clueless.

Also, we had to keep reminding them to bring our drinks, to bring our rice. It took more than an hour for the drinks to come, mind you, it was only hot tea. And the rice came half an hour after the food, again, ridiculous. And probably the worst is that we came to celebrate my mom's birthday and earlier, I gave the cake for them to refrigerate and told them to bring it out later with candle and serve it to us. When the cake came it was basically still in the box and in the paper bag it came with. So in the end we had to prepare it ourselves. Any other decent restaurant would have properly prepared the cake all lit and ready. Seriously what kind of service are you running....
