Read moreI came here, with no one greet as waiter la, and then i go inside and seat and they give menu barcode for scan, so I ordered, then i waited until the water come out of nowhere co the drink was not in teppanyaki but from outside coz the owner was the same owner but got many restaurants there. Went my food come im very disappointed with the portion coz the food i order mix meat was 26-29 per plates, so when i saw the portion very disappointed, then the staff keep chatting and laughter together which is OK la but when i try to call them no one noticed the customer HAIYAHHHH! and then the garlic was like PAPADOM la, very nipis cutting i can't even taste the garlic so that why i called garlic papadom 😆, somemore the AC was problem coz they have open kitchen so you eat like in a sauna. Read moreI had a terrible experience at this restaurant today. My young daughter accidentally peed her pants while we were dining, and not a single staff member offered to help or even showed any concern. Instead, they just looked on as we tried to clean up and handle the situation ourselves.
Accidents like this can happen, especially with kids, but what truly disappointed me was the complete lack of empathy or basic customer service. No offer of tissues, cleaning assistance, or even a kind word. It was embarrassing and upsetting, and it showed how poorly trained and insensitive the staff are when it comes to handling unexpected situations.
