Richeese Factory Bangi Avenue — Restaurant in Kajang Municipal Council

I wished I could give a more positive review but truly this one really disappointed me, drove thru and made my order on 21 Dec, 6.14pm but been waiting for more than 20 minutes and yet to get my order. Not many customer at that time, be it drive thru or dine in. The matter only resolved when I asked the staff where my order was. The staff suddenly panicked and only discovered that they have given my food to another car (which queued way later than me). To my surprise, the staff did not even cross check the order number nor validate with the recipient and ended up with this case. I was a bit fortunate that the wrongly handover food customer came back a few minutes later to tell the staff that they had received the wrong order and the staff quickly passed the whole pack to me. Not sure how the SOP was here but I guess this is a critically important area that needs to be improved by this outlet's team. So...

Had Fire chicken and crispy chicken. Fire chicken was good but crispy chicken was meh. Wanted Richicken but they said it was out of stock. Maybe they’re too lazy to cook a new batch at 9:20PM. Understood. The cheese sauce was the highlight of the menu but it was in a tiny saucer, not worth the price.

My second time at a Richeese outlet. Still experience the same poor customer service. Asked the cashier nicely to give me rib and thigh chicken portion but she completely ignored my request and let the kitchen staff serve me rib and one tiny drumstick. The cashier lady didn’t even bother to inform the kitchen my request.

The food was great. The mash potato also tasty. But a bit let down on the side dish part as they already out of coleslaw. Their staff also didn't even bother to tell the customer about coleslaw out of stock. The drinks also didn't have much choice with fancy name but actually just simple sirap bandung. Queue number called manually using their staff voice, which sometimes confusing with several numbers that they tried to pronounce.
