Meet Up Cafe Bangi — Restaurant in Kajang Municipal Council

We have vacation here for 3days, yesterday we dine in the cafe, we found that not much food offered, only cake & drink (coffee), we did ask front cashier weather we can buy outside food since limited food offer in this cafe just only coffee and cake & the answer is positive and been informed that nearby shops also under same management (under hotel levenue)

& Today after we bought in this cafe coffees, choc ais, cake etc & we also bought food from nearby shop,

But unfortunately & very2 disappointed that we have been chased out by your staff or manager to bring out that food and we are very sad to finished food n drink.under the tree nearby

My suggestion, please teach your staff .... how to respect your customer if you want to earn respect from your customer.... since there is miscommunication between you and customer . We think that we shall been allowed to eat just only for this time

The workers are really beautiful and nice, very chatty also!

The food was delicious honestly I got the Japanese Cheesecake and my friend got the Jumbo Butter Croissant. For drinks I had French Early Grey and my friend had Latte.

The ambience here is really pretty and is really clean. The songs they chose were perfect for this type of place, cozy and comfortable 😊

Came back here and sadly the Japanese Cheese Cake was sold out (╥﹏╥) But then I got the Japanese Chocolate Cake. I hate Chocolate but after trying this, it changed my mind! Honestly delicious, hope to see you guys again!

Yo yo yo! Guess who's back!!! I went visiting here by myself because grandma told me to buy groves and I bought the jumbo butter croissant and something eve I forgor but it was good...

I visited this café for the first time around 7:20 AM, hoping to have a nice start to my day. However, the experience was disappointing from the beginning. The door sign still showed "Closed," which left me confused. When I asked the staff if they were open, the response I received was curt and unfriendly — they simply said it was open, without any warmth or helpfulness.

As a first-time customer, this gave me a very poor impression. Customer service matters a lot, especially when welcoming new visitors, and unfortunately, this place fell short. I hope they work on improving their approach to guests...
