The oerson serving at the counter was damn rude. The ice cream is not cheap and the attitude is left to be desired. There were 5 kids waiting to buy.. she served the 1st person and did not proceed to gv the ice cream. Instead she left it on the inner part of the counter. So she is expecting to give the ice cream only after she has served all? That is absolutely ridicilous. We aasked her n just snapped ' semua sama ke?' A bit later wen one of the staff walked in and asked something she replied mainly pissed at us ny saying 'serabut' la. So rude. You are in the front line.. definitely shd learn sm customer service skills. When weasked how do we leave a review she snapped at us and said ' Tak tahu la' n walked into the store. This is unacceptable. This whole comment passing was unnecessary. Not like the ice cream is dished out for free. Never again to this...

The nice outlet sales person told us that no dry ice cream cake. It's the owner responsibility to ensure dry ice is ordered on timely manner. However we had no choice as promised kids we will get ice cream cake. Baskin Robbins should ensure there is dry ice available. It's now common all the sellers give lame excuse and you did the same.
