KFC Kajang DT — Restaurant in Kajang Municipal Council

Place is convenient, clean & comfortable. However, i give three stars only as:

Drive through & counter are always slow. Come on guys, i really don’t understand why KFC do this. If through put is slow, how do you expect people to come more frequent? McDonald’s has put in queue system & even self order to get things faster. Too bad KFC not adapting to demands.

Debit / Credit Card are always refused as payment in many KFC restaurants including this one. I believe this is done purposely to save on debit / credit card charges. Again, KFC not adapting to latest demands where customers are moving away from cash payment. It is always a hassle when we want to make payment after taking our orders, cards are always refused. This happened both at the counter and drive through. Imagine going through drive through for this. KFC not adapting to customers. I don’t think we will visit KFC as frequent anymore. Too much of a hassle & waiting time.

I am writing to express my extreme frustration with the repeated issues in your delivery service. Almost every time we place an order for delivery, items are missing from our order. This has forced us to go out to the store ourselves just to collect what was left out — which completely defeats the purpose of paying a delivery fee in the first place!

This situation has happened multiple times, and it is unacceptable that your internal process still hasn’t resolved this issue. As a loyal customer, I expect much better service and proper handling of orders. Please investigate this matter seriously and ensure that it will not happen again.

Quite disappointed with this restaurant in particular. Was told that credit card payment method was out for 1 week, then lo and behold, the customer beside paid with credit card. Wanted to order parmesan chicken flavoured, but was told it wasn't available (then why put up the sign that says it still on sale?), could at least stick something like "out of stock" Or "sold out". The fries that came out were cold and hard, the nuggets served were also cold and hard. 1 redeeming factor was that at least they changed the cold nuggest when asked to.
