Four Seasons Seafood Restaurant — Restaurant in Kajang Municipal Council

Came here for the RM5 dim sum promotion in July. Came on Sunday lunch. Not many waiting in front of us. Only 3 numbers to my turn. I reached at 11:35am and I got a table at 11:50am. Once sat, I submitted my order to the staff.

Few issue that cause us mad and could not tolerate.

1. Table behind us who came later than us already being served with dim sum. But our order did not turn up. We asked one of the staff that only discovered our order did not submit to the kitchen. We wasted 30mins for it. What a bad SOP. Poor arrangement.

2. Then our printed order came and the staff did not tell us that har gao has out of stock. Only we checked the order that discovered the cross on the har gao. If the staff submits our order 30mins earlier (as we passed to him), we could have our har gao.

3. The last dish that we ordered was fried raddish cake. Waited and waited. We only discovered out of stock when we went to the counter to check it out. Really poor service. They should inform customers the dish has out of stock, not letting customers wait.

I can understand that we need to wait especially during weekends. But not like this.

I came from Puchong, not staying nearby in Cheras.

Need to praise one staff when served century egg minced pork porridge that he served pepper and soy sauce too. Food wise is okay. But arrangement was bad.

Service really TERRIBLE. Came for dimsum, food taste so so, not very bad, but not so good. Just cheap with promotion,heard that they have promotion for all dimsum at RM3.80 only. They direct us to the next door (I guess usually this side serve lunch and dinner only) But the service very bad, was informed that we pick a table and waiting them to pass us the bill papar before queue for dimsum but we have been waited for some times but like no one see us, all the staff acting very obviously to ignore us, until we called them many times. Then... when we queue for the food, when came to my turn was asking "do you have this and that" (because in the display cupboard I dont see them, and not much option left), but the girl who serving me just ignore, until i ask N times, and then her attitude just show that she was impatient and say:"No", and never mentioned to us whether will those items out later, or just finished wont out any more. Until i see some people come much later than us having all those items that i dont see earlier, only we know they actually still serving the dimsum even after 1pm already. More over, we ask to refill the hot water, same attitude from the staff again. TERRIBLE! This is not a low class restaurant, but attitude worst than road...

Food was bad and on top of that service was WORSE. Came here for early breakfast dimsum expecting it to be good as there's queue outside but apparently is the customer that has a table queuing to order.

Let me tell you the process. They have a big restaurant so I expect we will get service but for ordering food you get a table, one of your family will have to walk out to order. Their waiter just does nothing . Refilling Chinese tea urself, everything is yourself. You should be paying service for yourself. Chinese tea is not even Chinese tea leaf. Is just a packet tea.

There's a table beside that was complaining about the service as well. Come and try to experience working in a restaurant. You want to eat do it yourself.
