I’ll try to be as objectively as possible here. To preface, we booked a vip room at the back. Our experience was underwhelming to say the least.
Drinks: The coke we got was flat. Asked to change it and the second one was pretty much the same so we didn’t bother to change the drink anymore at this rate. Iced lemon tea and bottled juice were decent. We also ordered a jug of water and waited about half an hour before getting it. Food: We ordered 1.3kg of tomahawk, grill chicken leg, lamb ribs and lamb shank as our mains. I understand it takes a while to cook the food but everything came at different timings and it seems like they couldn’t keep track of what we ordered and kept on coming in between meals to check what else we haven’t gotten. The food was mediocre. The only food that everyone collectively enjoyed was the lamb ribs (unfortunately did not take any photos cause we were so hungry). The tomahawk was undercooked. We asked for medium rare and got rare instead. The lamb shank was dry and the chicken had no flavour. And the sides took forever to come. Disappointing. Atmosphere: We booked a vip room to get some privacy but for some reason the sound system in the vip room is shared with the others. So while a table outside was celebrating their birthday, the birthday song was also played (blasted loudly) in our tiny room. I guess we’re supposed to celebrate along in the private room?? Seems ridiculous. AC in the room couldn’t be adjusted to other temperature. We could either turn on or off if we get too cold. The call system in the vip room was confusing. We weren’t sure if it worked or not because we waited so long after pushing the button before someone came over. Ended up pushing it multiple times in the end because we weren’t sure if it went through (if this was annoying, we apologise).
I normally wouldn’t leave a review unless it’s truly needed, which in this case they do. For a price of about rm150 per person, you’d think you’d get a better service than this.
Some of the staff was lovely and tried to accommodate us when they could. Some looked so busy that they couldn’t even be bothered to smile.
Improvement points for the team: You guys need to severely organise your operation. Everyone was in a shamble and it shows. VIP room should be treated better. Fix the AC and maybe assign someone to focus on the vip room when it’s occupied to make sure it doesn’t get left forgotten since it’s location was so far off from the main desk that it can be easily forgotten. I hope what I’ve written here is concise enough to take it as a learning opportunity.
Unfortunately, we certainly won’t be coming back here after this experience. I could’ve gotten my money’s worth elsewhere especially with that...
Read moreThis was our second time dining here, and once again, everything was beyond our expectations.
Our first visit was just my husband and me, we tried the Angus ribeye (medium well for me, medium rare for him) and were genuinely impressed by both the food and the service. The ambience was cozy, elegant, and very comfortable.
What truly stood out was one of the staff members, Fizi. He really knows his craft. He took the time (around 10 minutes!) to explain every type of meat available, how each should be cooked, how to enjoy them, and even shared a bit of background about the cuts. His product knowledge was amazing, and we trusted his recommendations completely.
For our second visit, we came with the whole family to celebrate my husband’s belated birthday. We ordered 2 sets of tomahawk, and once again, Fizi delivered exceptional service. Without me requesting anything, he offered to arrange a small creme bruee with a “Happy Birthday” message and even gathered the team to sing for my husband. That thoughtful gesture truly made the evening special. It showed how genuine and attentive he is.
The location is a little isolated, but that adds to the calm and exclusive atmosphere. Parking is spacious and free, and there’s also a ramp, which is perfect for those with strollers or wheelchairs.
Sometimes, a restaurant can be beautiful and serve great food, but without good service, it means nothing. Here, they have it all. Amazing food, great ambience, and outstanding hospitality. We loved every single detail of our experience. Definitely one of the best dining places we’ve ever been to!
Definitely one of our favourite places for good meat. highly...

The staff are very friendly and helpful especially Fizi. We requested for the staff to bring out the cake later and Fizi suggested to hide the cake and play the birthday song later and they understand the task really well, obviously its not new to them and i like it!!
