Pizza San Francisco in Bandar Baru Bangi has been around for quite some timeāthis was my second visit in over a decade. The restaurant occupies an end corner lot, providing plenty of parking space, which is a definite plus. The indoor seating is air-conditioned, offering a comfortable and cozy atmosphere. We visited on a rainy day and chose to sit in the open-air section, where we could enjoy the soothing raināit was truly a pleasant experience.
The menu is entirely Western-inspired, with a focus on pizza as their signature dish. We tried the Margherita pizza, which allows for custom toppings, though you're limited to just two before incurring additional costs for each extra topping. As for the other dishes, the chicken chop and chicken mushroom were rather ordinary, lacking that extra flairāmy mom even commented that I could cook better at home. The spaghetti bolognese was also quite average, but my young kids loved it, finishing off a shared plate between the two of them.
The nachos were tasty, though I was surprised by the substitution of guacamole with something unfamiliarāI couldnāt quite identify it. However, the mushroom soup was a standout; it was deliciously creamy, and my daughter loved it so much that we shared the bowl to the last drop.
Overall, the restaurant is just average, with nothing particularly remarkable about the food, including their pizzas. Perhaps thatās why I only felt compelled to return...

I finally took my drink to the counter and requested they add some tea. Then I ordered the chicken chop, it came burnt and blackish outside. I just let it go and decided to eat it, thinking maybe fire was too hot. Cut my chicken and it was pink and raw inside. Again called the Adik many times but was ignored. Walked to counter again, brought him and showed the chicken and he said he will rectify it. While waiting, there was a staff who was on his break so he was lying down at the dining table behind me. He heard me calling but decided to ignore me. Once he woke, he went to the counter and started making fun of me by repeating my calls of Adik. This happened a few times and I finally left without eating my food. I guess the staff found my politeness and decency funny. Or maybe they thought it was entertaining to watch a pregnant OKU lady struggle up and down from counter to her seat. Ā Ā Ā Read moreYesterday, ordered for delivery via Grab Food, food was late, all the food became soggy already, crispy squid became soggy squid, onion rings became soggy rings, calzone was cold, not even warm, I can accept if there's a slight warm but it looked liked my food was forgotten on the table, responsible person forgot that my food was supposed to be delivered, and they let the rider waited there for almost half an hour after estimated delivery time.
Overall, I'm dissappointed. I hope this restaurant can do better in food delivery. Better yet, get more staff if the staffs you have is not enough to do all the jobs.
Your food is not cheap, take responsibility to deliver your best quality of food to customers. It's a very different experience from dine-in. For those who's planning to get their food from delivery, better think twice.
By the way, my house is not very far from the restaurant, just a 5 mins ride with motorcycle. So yeah, no more...
