Poor Customer Service Experience with Delivery Service.
I wanted to express my disappointment and frustration with the customer service I received during my recent delivery 1/2/24. From the moment I accepted the service, I faced several issues. The contact number provided to me was not operational and after multiple calls to different numbers, I finally received a response from your staff in the form of a yelling and rude manner. My experience didn't improve when I arrived at the drop-off point as I had to wait for a long time to deliver the thing as the location given was not accurate. Furthermore, the man in charge of the delivery service was being arrogant and using foul language which made me feel extremely uncomfortable. He kept calling me "bodoh".
I understand that mistakes can happen but the way your staff handled the situation was unprofessional and unacceptable. I would like to give you the benefit of the doubt and believe that this is not how you normally operate. However, I request you to take appropriate action against the staff or manager (as he was in white shirt) who behaved in such a manner towards me. Please don't do a booking for services if you can't cooperate well. I hope you understand the seriousness of the situation and take necessary steps to ensure that such incidents are not repeated...
Read moreIt's a really worst experience I had yesterday as mother's day celebration,...the placed was 3/4 full of people...bt yet I went in to take my dinner. I scan the Qr code n send my food order around 7.58pm. I gt my 1st meal reached about 9.10pm.. & second one at about 9.30pm. Wat accuatly I don't understand here is,...Why in 1st place ..the staff or the person in charge didn't inform us or other customers that they are having issue on preparing & delivery the food on time. They are other customers that I noticed have also cancel their orders due to the lateness. The waitress who brought over the 1st meal also not well trained as she jst left the food on my next table instead of the table that we were sitting, Is this the way u'll should served the food to the customer?? Who is sitting there ?? For who the food is going for ?? I thought, SR should have a standard in F&B line ,...& Please teach your staff's the good ethics to maintain in F&B line. Finally,..there was no a word of sorry for the latness which happens...Even from the cashier who were wrkg there, & when I was settling my payment. Read moreI was extremely disappointed with the poor service and food quality of your Aeon Cheras branch. When arriving to the outlet what I witness was a few tables that were piled up with dirty plates, I thought to myself that maybe a few tables just left at the same time however the plates was left there for at least 20mins. I saw the other customers moving the dirty plates to another table in order to get a space to sit. After that, I was given 2 sets of utensils that weren't clean properly with stain marks. When the food arrived my partner's tomatoes looks rotten with greenish brownish marks around it, extremely disgusting. I ordered a golden crispy chicken, and was a served with a chicken that was totally raw in the middle. When I mention to the waiter all she did was take away the dish without even apologising for the raw food.
