THE WORST EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD WITH A RESTAURANT! (FACE OF RUDE SUPERVISOR SHOWN!)
9/28 at 3.00am morning ,I decided to get food as I'm working night shift and saw Texas Chicken was open 24 HOURS Written outside .
As I entered the restaurant ,there were 1 customer at the line ordering and I was behind them . Once it was my turn ,I ordered the Tex Saver which is 1 Mexicana Burger and 2 chicken with 2 drinks and honey biscuit. This was at 3.07am . The cashier who is a male mentioned to me there is no chicken and I had to wait for 5 minutes as they are cooking and I agreed .
After ordering I went to the drinks vending machine and there is no drinks in any ,everything was coming out water . WHATS THE POINT OF ORDERING DRINKS IF THERE IS NO COKE OR SPRITE IN IT . The worst part is that the cashier did not inform me!!! .
I maintained patience and said its fine and sat to wait for my food . After me 2 other customers ordered and to my surprise their food came earlier before mine and I notice they ordered chicken and Mexican burger as well!!
Therefore as I went to the counter to ask where my food was, the cashier was trying to fill the coke in the vending machine and some customers after me asked as well . At the counter the supervisor was there (grey uniform) , I mentioned to him that I waited for more than 30 minutes and the cashier told me 5 minutes to cook the chicken and two customers before me had their food . He asked which customer? And literally a group of guys after me got chickens. I pointed out that ,instead of a Supervisor showing customer service to me ,he raised his voice and said " x boleh tunggu ke ,order ko sini" , I maintained patience again and said that two customers before me had their orders first and it was similar order he replied " ah dah makanan ko sini" . It was so disrespectful and as a Supervisor I don't think he should portray that way!!!!
I proceeded to ask him what's his name ,and he was reluctant to answer, I asked again and say name abang apa? He then said "Sha" .I am not sure whether this Is a real name or not . The worst part is as I came back home the resit I realise is a female name and there was only 2 male staff at work . I guess there is some misconduct going on as well at this place.
I WOULD SINCERELY HOPE TEXAS CHICKEN AND GOOGLE REVIEW TO TAKE NOTE ON THIS AND THIS PERSON & THIS VENDOR!!

Read moreVisited this outlet at around 4 a.m. with my father. Since he’s not familiar with fast food menus, he took a bit of time to go through it. The place was quiet—no line, no rush—just one other person sitting at the back on their phone.
While we were at the counter, one of the cashiers kept throwing glances at his colleague, accompanied by a forced smile that honestly said it all. His expression pretty much screamed, “This old guy is taking forever—how annoying.” It wasn’t loud or obvious, but it was enough to make the moment feel uncomfortable and unwelcoming.
My father did nothing wrong—he was simply reading the menu, quietly. I understand it was early, but basic courtesy shouldn’t be optional. I hope management reminds staff to treat all customers with patience and respect, especially during quiet hours.
Although I was on my phone at the time, it was clear that the staff member wasn’t making any effort to assist my dad. In fast food service, it's expected that employees actively help customers — especially when they’re unsure of what to order. For context, the cashiers were young, and so am I (I haven’t even taken my SPM yet), yet somehow I found myself having to guide them on how to do their job.
As for the softboy cashier who kept flashing smug little smiles to his colleague — yes, I saw that. The kind of smile that says, 'Ugh, this customer is taking too long.’ Here’s the thing: if helping customers feels like an inconvenience, you’re in the wrong line of work. Acting too cool to care doesn't make you look composed — it just makes you look...
