Found this cafe a year ago by accident and I still find this cafe my frequent going second round in Alor Setar. I like the interior design of this cafe which is minimalistic and white, suitable for taking photos and have better color reproduction. This place is my go to place for friends gathering and farewells. Run by a group of young entrepreneurs (I think), they serve very nice matcha latte. Absolutely love their hojicha. Food here was great, environment was minimal and service here is excellent. No coffee here but they do have a variety of Matcha for you to choose.

My favourite dish is their Spicy Cajun Chicken Spaghetti (if I'm not mistaken), the Donburi was also super delicious. Price was quite affordable as well, about RM 20 per dish

I'm not a Matcha expert, but they have 6 types of Matcha and apparently Ajisai was their best selling so I tried and actually liked it.

But parking is definitely not best when...

Another new cafe in alor setar. This place serves tea and snacks. The ambience is clean and simple and nice but the crowd is noisy, do it was difficult to have a chit chat with friends. It serves snack food, mostly deep fried but has poor ventilation and the whole place smells of fried food, so be ready to go back and wash your hair.
