Pause Cafe Langkawi — Restaurant in Kedah

I ordered a Tiramisu that was on display looked nice before served l ordered a single shot of espresso and waited for 22 minutes The staff are lovely but service is slow l gave 5 star but can be less .Tiramisu served is opened and served with a Tonnage of chocolate powder which make tiramissy suffocated on powder and totaly testless based on quantity of portioning. I requested brown sugar was served but the sugar is kept in refrigerator and it make the sugar wet and is in a creamer jug not properly kept unusual.The cafe was not busy only few patrons so very long preparation Must improvise time of each order to meet demands as the prices are even far exceeded than even Starbucks. Again l am regular there but l always find slow service but staff remain an asset and service with smile. TRAINING is required on product knowledges.This comments are not to put down the Cafe is about improving time of serving to customer's. I will still return here and recomend.l will gave 5 star once again taste...

Love this amazing cafe. From the concept, decor, menu and ambience of the place the passionate work put in by the owners are apparent! The food is delicious and presented very well. The desserts are all prepared and baked in house. The coffees are proper coffees. A cafe where you can while away time having good conversation or just staring out the windows watching the world go by. Full windows letting in copius amounts of natural light and cafe mood music in the background allows for an experience I have not found anywhere else on the island. Service is fast and friendly and is muslim friendly. Prices are mid range but well worth it. Opening hours are super and I see this place growing into a favorite hang out spot for many. Highly recommendable. On a side note, they do serve some alcohol but not...

This was my second home for the last 3 weeks. During the daily visits, I tried almost the whole menu. Definitely the highest quality cofffee that I had on the island. From americano, to lattes to the signature and special coffee such as the black sesame latte (a must try!), everything was super tasty and well prepared. They also offer oat milk as a plant based milk altenative. The sandwiches and desserts were just as yummy! Last but not least, the employes are just sooo lovely and warm people, which contributed to the wonderful atmosphere of the cafe.
