Absolutely incredible – we feel so lucky to have found this place! 💫 Years ago, a Turkish engineer who moved to the island decided to open this little gem, bringing authentic flavors from home to a faraway shore.
🍽 The Food: They serve real Turkish dishes, and here’s what makes it special – on the island, most places use a different type of meat, I believe it’s bison, which doesn’t quite match the taste we’re used to. But this restaurant goes the extra mile: they have a special butcher who provides meat that suits the Turkish palate perfectly.
🔥 The Star of the Show: Once a week, they fire up the döner — and trust me, it’s worth planning your visit around it. Juicy, flavorful, and exactly how it should be.
🤝 The People: The owners, a lovely couple, are always smiling and incredibly helpful. They don’t just serve food; they serve warmth and hospitality, making you feel like you’ve stepped into a friend’s home rather than just another restaurant.

Read moreOnly had Turkish tea,but very hospitable hosts, highly recommend a visit. 13/10/2023 We went in on the very next day and ordered the beef kebabs, with a turkish salad and lavash bread.(thin flat bread) The kebab was unique as it was also baked in its own juices and sauce and cooked in earthen crokery. The kebab has a distinct combination of spices,it is very special. A side dish was the chilli bulgur(buckwheat),highly recommended this combination, the sauce was plentiful to dip the bread in and also to spread over the bulgur. Turkish tea was continuously refilled ,the tea is also unique as it also had cloves added to it,very soothing after the meal as it was quite humid at the time. Would love to have tried other dishes but our travel is taking us to other parts of Malaysia,we hope to come...

After the first cold beer we felt a bit hungry, then we made the best choic we could ever make. Order tomato soup! I do not have words for how great it was, its simple yet so amazing. Tasted wonderful, we came back the same day 2 hours later to even order more.
This is by far the best soup that I have eaten in...
