百家利西菓店Bakery Cake House — Restaurant in Klang Municipal Council

A family base bakery with a vintage sign board. The bakery smell delicious when I walkin, it is full with buttery aroma and pastry, unfortunately the option of pastry are quite limited. There are only pound cakes, cream puff, bottled up biscuit and tarts available, egg tart sold out 🥲, so I don't get to try them, but I did manage to get some cream puff, cheese tart, pineapple tart and coconut tart, all the tarts share the similar biscuits base tart, only the filling is different.

Their cream puff does taste good, the lady boss scoop in its custard right after I order it. And my god, each of the cream puff are only selling at 75 Sen 😘 But overall it is just good, not like anything superb, so don't get your expectation overly hight. I will return for more of course 🤣

As for the tarts, the shell is tasty just by itself, guess their really putting in the butters, even the texture is just right, fresh and slight of crunch. Cheese filling and pineapple is all right, but I believe coconut tart is one of their signature, and I agree the title are deserved. Unlike other coconut tart, most of them are just fill up dry coconuts flakes and sugar, but theirs has abit of egg/custard filling inside it, and the coconut flakes are sort of blended to fine scale, which explains the outlook of coconut tart are like dome shape, well they did mix some kind of flour along to bake it as a cake sort filling, but definitely one of unique type of coconut tart I ever had.

Simply amazing.

It doesnt look like a bakery shop from outside. But you gotta to line up for your cake/pastries, thankfully auntie who sold the cakes is friendly despite how busy they are.

Cakes sold are fruit cake, banana cake, cream puff, butter cake, coconut cake. They also sell 'kar lui' biscuit. Mind you that these cakes are freshly baked. Meaning you tell them what you want to buy and they will pack for you.

There is no receipt being issued to you, so I wonder how are they gonna keep track of how much they sell in a day? Guess its just a...

Since the pandemic, I try to find out what other delicacies are available hear my hometown. I have came back to this place 3 times and increased my orders for their cream puffs. You can request for original cream flavour, as well as chocolate flavour. Sit outside and wait for the order.
