Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in Klang Municipal Council

I usually enjoy Baskin-Robbins, but my recent experience at this location was so disappointing, I won’t be coming back anytime soon.

When I walked in, the employees were standing around chatting and barely noticed I was there. I had to wait several minutes before anyone even acknowledged my presence. When they finally did, it felt like I was bothering them. No greeting, no friendly smile—just a quick, uninterested "What do you want?"

I asked for a few flavor samples, and the employee just sighed and handed me a spoon without saying a word. No offer to help me decide or give any recommendations—just a cold, impatient attitude. It felt like I was inconveniencing them by asking for help in choosing my ice cream.

When I placed my order, the employee gave me my cone with an attitude, almost like I was asking for something unreasonable. No "thank you," no "enjoy your ice cream"—just a blank stare and a handout of the ice cream. I don’t know if it was because they were understaffed or just didn’t care, but it was clear that customer service was not a priority at all.

Honestly, I’ve been to other Baskin-Robbins locations where the staff is friendly, helpful, and genuinely seems to care about the customer experience. But not here. This was an awful experience, and I won’t be returning to this location again. There are plenty of other places with better service, so I’ll be spending my money elsewhere from now on.

"I had an unpleasant experience at Baskin Robin Bukit Tinggi outlet that I feel needs to be shared. When I asked to sample an ice cream flavor, the staff seemed annoyed, rolling her eyes and making me feel unwelcome. Despite this, I proceeded to order a pint. When I asked for just one pint, the staff member responded sarcastically with, 'Satu sahaja?!' To avoid any further tension, I said I wanted two pints. She went silent and continued filling the pints. While she was filling the ice cream, I noticed she was purposely blocking the weighing scale. It was obvious she wasn’t filling the pints up to the stated weight of 350g. When I asked to see the actual weight after she packed the ice cream, it turned out to be only around 250g. I felt deceived and returned all the ice cream on the spot. This kind of service is unacceptable. Cheating customers on weight and behaving rudely is a serious matter that should be addressed immediately. I hope management looks into this and takes steps to improve both service quality and...

Horrible outlet. The staffs are racist. Extremely disappointed with the staff at the Bukit Tinggi branch. I walked in 30 minutes before closing and was told they were closed and couldn’t serve me. However, moments later, I watched a Chinese man enter and get served without issue. This isn’t the first time I’ve been turned away early, but now it's clear it’s not about closing time — it’s racial discrimination.
