I usually enjoy Baskin-Robbins, but my recent experience at this location was so disappointing, I wonāt be coming back anytime soon.
When I walked in, the employees were standing around chatting and barely noticed I was there. I had to wait several minutes before anyone even acknowledged my presence. When they finally did, it felt like I was bothering them. No greeting, no friendly smileājust a quick, uninterested "What do you want?"
I asked for a few flavor samples, and the employee just sighed and handed me a spoon without saying a word. No offer to help me decide or give any recommendationsājust a cold, impatient attitude. It felt like I was inconveniencing them by asking for help in choosing my ice cream.
When I placed my order, the employee gave me my cone with an attitude, almost like I was asking for something unreasonable. No "thank you," no "enjoy your ice cream"ājust a blank stare and a handout of the ice cream. I donāt know if it was because they were understaffed or just didnāt care, but it was clear that customer service was not a priority at all.
Honestly, Iāve been to other Baskin-Robbins locations where the staff is friendly, helpful, and genuinely seems to care about the customer experience. But not here. This was an awful experience, and I wonāt be returning to this location again. There are plenty of other places with better service, so Iāll be spending my money elsewhere from now on.
