Honestly, this place is hell. The staff is absolutely horrendous. We were approached by a Chinese auntie. We ordered some food and tea. This was when the horror started, the lady threw the tea packet on the table telling us to make the tea ourselves. And sure, why would making tea ourselves be a problem, but she didn't provide any hot water or any directions for hot water. So we asked a boy for help, after he took the tea back to us, the same chinese auntie came and shouted that there was no service for tea. Shouting in Chinese "can't you see, everyone here gets their own tea, there is no service!". She continued to attempted to publicly shame us shouting at the top of her voice trying to let everyone hear that there is no tea service. We are perfectly fine with getting our own tea done? But the least you could do was provide some directions and even if you didn't, how can you try to scream at your customers for it? The food did not provide any redemption either. Even if this place served 5 star food, if you were approached by this auntie, you won't enjoy any bit of your meal. My advice, if you are craving bak kut teh, bring yourself and your family...
Read moreWas there with another 3 of my family members for lunch on a Sunday. We were told to go upstairs. The place was not crowded as before. There were 2 empty big tables and 1 small table at the corner. We sat at 1 big table. A Chinese lady came to ask us to sit at the small table at the corner which was hot! We were not happy, of course but obliged. Not long after, another big table which was occupied earlier on became vacant. Obviously we moved to that table as the other 2 big tables were still vacant. Another Chinese lady came and asked us to move to the small table. I told her it was hot and we couldn't enjoy our food! She insisted that the big tables are reserved for more people. I got so annoyed and told her that we would leave. She then relented. After finishing our meal, 1 big table was still empty! Is that the way to treat customers? Seriously speaking, there are better restaurants with better service in KL. It used to be 1 of my favourite restaurant but not anymore. Will definitely not return!

Read moreRunned by a husband and wife team, service was a little slow due to the lack of hired help, however I noticed that they managed pretty well as the delays were minimal, We had the trotters, big bone, small bone, stomach and it was all good, this is the typical Klang style but with the thicker soup. Rice had plenty of fried onions mixed in. Pity I did not take any pictures as we were all pretty hungry at that point, having come from another shop that had quite a long queue waiting. Parking is good and they was no queue waiting, their but was above average and we had plenty of collagen to last us, heartily recommend this place, and will...
