I actually like this place a lot, they used to be along the main Meru Road but their shop was burnt down.
They service Yong Tau Foo (YTF), Chee Cheong Fun (CCF), Wan Tan Mee (WTM) and Laksa Mee (LM).
The CCF is very simple and nice, the portion is similar to boat noodles and it is dangerous as you might end up calling multiple plates.
The YTF fried beancurd skin is seriously nice. You can call a bowl of laksa, dip the fried beancurd in the curry and its awesome. The laksa on its own is ok, not mind blowing but just fine. You need to pair it with the YTF to elevate the taste.
Their YTF fish paste in my opinion is quite simple and delicious, i don't feel there is a mix of meat in the paste. You have multiple options of either it being fried or boiled. For me the ones that stand out is the Fried Bean Curd, Fried Egg, Fried Fishball and Fried Fish Cake. The boiled options are your typical variety. The soup is very clear and simple.
The WTM to me is a bit weird in the whole picture, because its something i can't really pair with YTF. On its own, it is good, but with the YTF it feels weird, maybe that is just me.
Drinks are the standard fair and nothing to shout about as well.
Price is quite reasonable to me, compared to other YTF places which is a super plus point for me.
It is away from the main roads and their shop is covered by huge blinds to block the sun glare and...

The chee cheong fun is smooth, delicate and refined. Served with a brown bean sauce, the chee cheong fun would be just as good with a dash of soy sauce.
And the soup ... waah 👍👍👍
Okay ... maybe the coffee is only so-so 🤣 but the barley...
