Read moreVery poor service crew. Booked a table for 8 person but was told that the table we reserved was taken by walk in customers just because they also need to “do business” before our appointment time. We would be fine with that if the customers are almost finished with their dinner but what we saw was they looked like they just arrived and still washing cups and utensils and dishes are yet to be served. Complained about the waiting eventho we made a reservation earlier but we got was scolding from the aunty that “you got booking also need to wait la!”. Then what’s the purpose we made a reservation but ended up still need to wait to get a table? In the end it was the waitress aunty has got confused with the table numbering and thought our table was taken by walk in customers where in fact our table was located just beside the other table. However, what is more disappointing is that no apology was made by the waitress aunty. Other service crew also ignored our request to refill hot water, request for cili padi and garlic when we tried to ask politely. Food was ok but not extremely delicious as well. Definitely not recommended and will not...
Read moreThis restaurant comes with lots a rave in Klang but my experience is it comes with mixed bags. Some dishes are a hit, some a miss. Hence, in term of dining experience, so-so only to be honest.
Tapioca noodles was tasty and full of ‘Wok Hei’ but pity it came cold. As if it was either cooked in big batch or the cooked dish left in the kitchen for some time. Clay pot Fish Maw with taufo came flat and bland, as if it was cooked in water only. Almond chicken was decent but there are other places that got it done crispy skin. Not the case here. Cabbage fried with dried shrimps tasted wet as if cooked by a Philipino, blanced and not fried. Four Heavenly Vegetables was most robust and flavourful because of the belacan , chilli and petai. Is it worth the well to come all the way from KL? Do if you want to try the Tapioca Noodles ,then again , the old Hokkien food shed off Old Klang Road is equally good. As for the rest of the dishes, PJ/KL could have better choices and much tasty. Well, your palate might differ from mine. Maybe chef are better during lunch than dinner. Maybe not to come during weekends. Maybe not...
