Been dining here many years BUT tonight had the worst experience! Why the 'worst'? Because it'll be our last! We want to place a refill order around 10:30pm, a staff came with the menu and we happily made our selection. Shortly afterwards, another staff came with the bill, they closes at 11pm so its fair that they wanted us to settle the bill 1st. Fine and payment was made. Then we decided to add 1 final refill and the lady first told us the earlier order is the last and we told her no one inform us about last call order. Otherwise, we would have made up our mind and place the last refill order then. The lady then told us ok can refill for the last time. We also told her to change the grill as its already charred black. She acknowledged and walked back to the counter. We thought she will return with the menu but she continue busy at the counter. So we went to the counter to place the last refill order. But was told no longer can take order. We questioned why earlier said ok and now cannot? Then the Korean boss came and speak in Korean to the staff before telling us, its passed 10:30pm, no longer can refill. We told the boss that no staff inform us about the last call time and he ver defensively said they never inform about the last call timing and stand firm no longer can refill after 10:30pm. After clarifying few times, the refill order earlier placed was never key in. We are shocked and ask the boss if no longer can place refill order after 10:30pm, then the staff should have inform us. Why still come with the menu, took and acknowledged our order? Then the lady staff came for payment also acknowledged that was the last refill order before agreed to take another order as the final order. And now you're telling us that order placed earlier are actually not order at all! If we didnt walk to the counter, then we would have been sitting at our table waiting blank! Since the Korean boss determined that no more refill available, we're left disappointed and angry but nothing can be done. The boss later can be heard with aggressive tone speaking in Korean to the staff. After awhile, the boss came with 3 soft drinks, presumably wanted to 'cool' us down but too late! Experience already ruined!!! Also, with the recent hot weather, the indoor air-conditioning were set like at the minimum. The environment was so hot like eating in a sauna. Can see many other customers drenched in sweats. Hey, perhaps its a strategy, hot and uncomfortable environment, customer will eat fast and leave, lesser refill hence maximising earnings. Also noticed the side dishes are getting simpler, only serving those low cost dishes. There are many other Korean BBQ restaurants around Bukit Tinggi with better service, better environment, better food with more reasonable prices and better side...

I've always known that your store has been raising prices,but when prices go up, food quality goes down... The price charges is not proportion to the quality and worth of the food provided!
3.this time is the second time I ordered kimchi Jigae,but i was told by the waiter this jjigae was not include rice anymore,it charged me RM5 to ordered bowl of rice by ala cart! Wow ! and u can see that kimchi jigae which is charge RM 22 the ingredients in the soup was so disgraceful… I used to ordered two time this meal ,two times!the pork meat is not the meat,it all the fat part of the meat!it is almost piss me off for seing this kind of all only fat meat in my meals!Except for the fat, it's kimchi, tofu and a little vermicelli only…it charges RM 22 …what a funny things…but for me I thought this price is not equal to the food I paid…
Your restaurant's side dishes which is all you can eat actually are great, but by charging a high unit price for the food and for the same time you are driving down the quality of the food…Im not only coming to eat the side dishes… I coming for having the main dishes!
I used to be a frequent customer of this korean restaurant and lived in the nearby area. Unfortunately,I think I may not visit again this restaurant any more felt so dissatisfy and disappointment for each time visited,but for those any who are just only care about their side dishes which is all you can eat…I recommend it!their side dishes is good~

Read moreI recently ordered a spicy pork with rice for takeaway, which included two side dishes and a fried egg. I chose kimchi and cucumber as my side dishes. However, I was disappointed to find that the kimchi had clearly gone bad—it had a noticeably off-putting smell that indicated it was no longer fresh.
I noticed that the kimchi had been taken from the self-serve area outside the kitchen, and I suspect it may have been sitting out for too long. Out of concern, I called the restaurant to let the staff know and suggested that they check the quality and stop serving it if it's indeed spoiled.
Unfortunately, the staff member who took my call struggled with English and insisted the kimchi was fine, saying that others had eaten it without complaint. While I understand that may be the case, I’m certain the portion I received was not fresh, and I felt it was important to bring this to your attention for the sake of other customers.
I wasn’t calling to ask for a refund—I simply wanted to raise awareness of a potential food safety issue. However, rather than acknowledging my concern, the response I received was dismissive and placed the blame back on me, which I found disappointing.
I hope the management will take this feedback seriously and ensure better quality control...
