不见不散茶餐厅 Pat Kin Pat Sun Café — Restaurant in Kuala Lumpur

I used to come here about three years ago and I enjoyed the "Family* environment. They even served the cute bear fried ice cream which is removed in the menu. Now, the food is severely bland as seen in the added photo. The portion of my cheese baked rice was a joke. It's just plain rice fried with egg and little no white cream, seasonings or onion. The meat is tough and tasted like Maggi Seasoning and salt, with extra salt again. It's that salty. The cheese macaroni is indescribably horrible due to the absence of taste, that applies to the fried udon I tasted. My jackfruit & mango sago drink tasted decent but sago is crystallized, definitely overnight sago. Environment looks dull and unwelcoming. Food were pricey considering the portions and ingredients used. This is my second attempt to try the food here and it has failed me twice miserably. It would be nice to have a new managements...

used to lepak at Kuchai Lama PKPS but after they closed down the Kuchai Lama branch from that day onward I never visit PKPS (probably my last visit is early 2019) ✅ used to a best place for me to lepak during midnight because they are the only one can get dimsum at that hours ! seriously one of the best places that I will never forget ! too much of memories and this used to be my 1st restaurant compare to Wong Kok and Kim Gary but too bad everything come to the end ✅

this branch I would say you all can drop by and makan with your friend and family but not to lepak, quick lunch would be recommended and the place is kinda old and dirty and I believed youngsters wont drop by this...

Portion of Pork Chop Cheese Baked Rice is ridiculously small which does not even sufficient to full an adult stomach which a standard price (RM 22+) where the menu shows a larger portion and even smaller compares to previous review. Ordered 4 drinks and not satisfied at all as the menu shows those drink in a glass cup. However, when waiter serve to us, the drink is packaged in plastic container (shall be take away container) which is without our acknowledgment and never informed us when we are ordering, the portion of the drink obviously is lesser in a container cup comparing to the normal glass cup which shown in menu.
