2 Air-con is not cold as I have informed the reception but they said they were checking the aircon. But after the 2 hours the aircon was still the same so I did not bother to tell again as nothing was done and it was raining that night Reply : (yes when I check in I call the front desk 1 time they did mention will be ok by an hour but after that still the same so we just ignore, as is raining and we only stay one night, You may call your men go to ROOM 202 to check the aircon, nothing to argue.)

3 Need to pay for toothbrush and toothpaste although ( booking.com ) Indicated including toiletries and Hospitality Tray Reply: (yes you ONLY provide 2 SETS toiletries and Hospitality Tray INSTEAD of 4 SETS toiletries and Hospitality Tray as I PAID for 4 PAXS, when I saw I call the front desk first time he told me must let them know 1 day before check in what we need from them, this is horrible, as standard hotel provide everything and I call again 2nd time, MS ASH was very nice and helpful give me everything for family of 4) Please don't sound like I take more than 4 sets. I stayed at the hotel with my family for six nights, and our overall experience was pleasant. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, especially a young gentleman named Hafiz. The security guards were also very courteous. The hotel's ambiance had a retro vibe, which was unique and enjoyable. The cleaning staff did a good job as well.

However, there are a few areas that could be improved. The beds could be softer, and the sheets cleaner. If you have sensitive skin, I recommend bringing your own sheets, as the hotel's sheets—though clean—caused pimples on my and my wife's backs and faces. Additionally, the toothbrushes provided were of poor quality, with hard bristles and loose fibers, so it's better to bring your own.

On a positive note, the pool was clean and free of charge, which was a nice perk.

The hotel is conveniently located just a 7-minute walk from the MRT (train station), which provides easy access to the entire city. Two shopping malls, AEON and Velocity, are also within walking distance and offer a great shopping experience. Additionally, there are several nearby dining options that are both economical and clean.

The best thing about this hotel is its authenticity. Its not trying to be something that it is not, it just delivers on service and creating a 'home away from home' feeling. ||||I was greeted at the airport by Anwar, a bright and bubbly personality who made me feel welcome, a feeling that was also extended by the front desk staff upon check-in. ||||The rooms are simple, but clean. Fast, free WiFi, and little touches that are obviously designed for certain parts of the market, like showers that are easy to enter and exit with handrails. ||||One of the best surprises was the cafe(s). The local food is authentic and delicious. Again, simple but done with love and care and very good value for money. ||||... and, the location is also great. 5 minute walk to the train services which get you into the centre of town in about 15 minutes. There are a couple of local shopping malls nearby - one with an IKEA if you are into that kind of thing!! ||||If you are looking for something that is great value for money and not a super-corporate global branded cloned hotel, then this is definitely a place...
