I paid RM17.20 for a custom iced MATCHA latte that tasted exactly like a basic iced latte that i always custom, which costs RM13.20. This isnât the first time itâs happened, and itâs beyond frustrating. If I wanted a regular latte, I wouldâve paid less.
The quality remains consistently disappointing. It does not taste like an iced matcha latte at all. Instead, it resembles a basic iced latte with little to no trace of matcha.
Whatâs frustrating is that this has been a recurring issue, and despite giving it multiple chances, there has been no noticeable improvement. Iâve also come across several reviews highlighting the same concern, suggesting a lack of consistency or knowledge in preparing this specific drink.
Kindly look into this matter seriously and ensure the baristas are properly trained to prepare matcha beverages to standard. As a regular customer, I genuinely hope to see better quality and accountability moving forward.    Read moreOf all the branches iâve been to, this one has consistently been the slowest. Iâve ordered for takeaways from here multiple times and each time the wait is noticeably longer compared to nearby outlets like Pandan Indah, Pandan Jaya or even the Sunway Velocity branches.
Even on quieter days, the wait tends to be longer than what i typically experience elsewhere (and i do Zus on a pretty much daily basis). On busier days, it can stretch up to 15 minutes, even with just 4â5 orders ahead. From what iâve seen, itâs usually just one person really focusing on the orders, while the others are occupied with restocking or cleaning. Tough for the lone staff, but the impact on service speed is quite obvious.
Considering the foot traffic and nearby colleges, i hope the management relooks at how the team is deployed. Maybe more hands on the drinks would help.

The male staff only mentioned it after I already took out my cash and he hold the cash â at least inform customers first. Matcha and Frappe both not available. Not sure if itâs an ordering or supply issue, but itâs becoming common here. Last week I still could pay by cash with no problem. Suddenly this week âcashlessâ? Very inconsistent. Staff were chatting with each other, and the lady told the male staff to inform customers about being cashless â seriously, thatâs not how to run a counter.
