Disappointing Experience at 2013 originally from Klang. I ordered the辣子鸡 ( or "chili chicken") which is supposedly one of their signature dishes. However, the experience was marred by a series of mistakes. When the dish was initially brought out, the peanut topping was missing. I politely sent it back to the kitchen and waited for it to be reprepared. When it was returned to our table, the peanut was still not cooked. To make matters worse, the chicken was cold and diced. But what really took the cake was when one of the staff members tasted the peanut and told me that it wasn't undercooked, but rather "漏风了" which means "it's just a little windy". I was taken aback by the staff's lack of professionalism and understanding of basic food safety. From start to finish, the service was subpar. The staff seemed inexperienced and struggled to get even simple things right. Unfortunately, this experience has left a sour taste in my mouth and I won't be returning anytime soon. Tips for improvement: Improve communication with customers, ensure that dishes are prepared correctly, and provide basic training on food safety and customer service. Ps no photo for chili chicken as it’s totally a...
Read moreThe overall dining experience was a mix of good and bad. Food-wise, most dishes were tasty and enjoyable—except for the salted egg crab, which was disappointing. We were promised 500g XL-sized crabs, but the ones served were tiny, and two small crabs cost RM150, offering very poor value for money. The flavor was also just average, not as impressive as expected.
Service was decent in terms of speed dishes came out quickly, but otherwise inefficient. Simple requests like extra rice or tea refills took too long, making the service feel lacking.
Pricing was on the higher side, with seven people spending around RM650. For the quality and service received, it didn’t feel worth the cost. If they improve the crab portion and flavor, along with service efficiency, the experience could be much better. For now, I wouldn’t strongly recommend it, but other dishes might still be...
Read moreMy family and I were looking for a place to have lunch around the Sri Petaling area. Originally, we had planned to visit another restaurant, but as everyone knows, finding a parking spot here can be a real challenge. Eventually, we managed to find parking near a seafood restaurant, so we decided to give it a try since the place we originally planned to go was a bit far from where we parked.
It turned out to be a lucky choice, as this restaurant exceeded our expectations. The fish was fresh and delicious, and the pork ribs were also impressive. The environment and service were top-notch. While the prices are slightly higher than average, they are reasonable considering the high quality of the food, ambiance, and service. We would definitely consider returning here for a Chinese New Year gathering. The only downside is that parking can...
