I came here with high expectations but was overall disappointed with the cafe. It was a weekday evening and the place was relatively crowded, but compared to neighboring dessert cafes, this place still had tables available immediately that we didn't have to wait so we decided to try it out. There are quite a number of branches but we happened to be dining not far from this area so decided to pop by although it wasn't our initial choice for a place for dessert. The dessert menu didn't seem to be appealing. Menu was flimsy and the variety of shaved ice was also quite limited. Walked in and saw the display of cheesecakes so thought maybe we could try out a shaved ice and a cheesecake. No one told us we had tonpay upfront, so we order via the QR and was waiting for the desserts to arrive when a staff came to us and asked if we have ordered. Then he told us to go to the counter and pay before the order would be processed. I guessed we will be sitting there like dumbs if no one came to tell us. First the shaved ice came. I feel bewildered as I think its like the style a lot of cafes are doing nowadays. They serve the shaved ice followed by a bowl of taro/sweet potato balls. Is it Korean + Taiwan or? Cannot understand what is the bowl of balls doing there and what style they are going after. It just does not complement each other at all, and why don't you just pour that onto the shaved ice that saves you from washing another bowl instead? I was quite at a loss at what to do with that bowl of stuff. Next came the matcha burnt cheesecake. A total disappointment. Didn't taste like matcha at all, and the colour looks so different from matcha it's neither green nor brown for us to suspect whether they brought us the wrong flavor or not. The flavours seems disorganized as it seems to be all over the place. Price is not very expensive but I think it won't warrant another...

Delighted they opened up a branch closer to home. There was no queue (around 7pm on a Saturday) & there were still many empty tables - which filled up by the time we left The staff greeted us very warmly & we were quickly shown to our table. Ordered Tie Kuan Yin Milk Tea Fluffy Snow Ice & Classic Burnt Cheesecake. I love flavoured shaved ice instead of just plain shaved ice with toppings so this is already a plus in my books. The flavour of the tea is strong & you can taste it with every bite. Taro balls, boba & herbal jelly came with this dish as well. We didn't have much expectations for the burnt cheesecake. It came with a small slice of lemon which we squeeze over the slice of cake. And we are pleasantly surprised at the mix of flavours - somehow it blends well together. For my own selfish sake, I hope that people stay away from this place so that it would be a breeze to get a table when I...

I used to absolutely love the “premium” Milo king fluffy bingsu- it was generous, came with rich sides like chocolate sauce, with a scoop of ice cream inside. The milo was rich.

Unfortunately during my recent visit, it was a significant downgrade in portion and quality, even though the price remains the same - RM32.

As seen in the photo attached (before and after), the newer version was watered-down as it tastes more like cheap chocolate rather than milo. The Milo cream swapped to a cream cheese foam which does not go well with it. The ice cream inside the bingsu was removed. A dessert I used to love is now an utter disappointment

Please consider bringing back the original ingredients as this will lose all the...
