Even though the location is good, the service levels were atrocious. First up, there is absolutely nobody manning the concierge counter for Ooak Suites. There was a number you could contact and the person (one Mr. Magdi) took an extremely long time to arrive.
Whilst it is normal practice to pay a deposit per night, I would expect that it would be quite normal to pay such monies using credit card. But such service was not available - it was not like the system was down. It was just not an acceptable mode of payment for the Ooak Suites.
When asked, how do I go about making such payment then - Magdi asked to bank RM200 into his personal account. I then asked for a company number that I could bank it into because I didn’t feel comfortable with banking it into a personal account (and quite rightfully so). By this time he was getting angry and grudgingly gave me the account number (Empire Home Management Sdn Bhd) and said if you bank it in here - you will only get your money back after an extremely long time.
This is by far the most dodgiest thing I have ever encountered. If I am staying in a legitimate place of residence, and bad enough that you don’t offer a credit card method of payment - you now expect me to bank in money into an employee’s personal bank account? This is not normal by any standards.
The cherry on the cake was then him proceeding to say “RM200 is a very small amount - if you don’t want to bank into my personal account, then you don’t need to stay here”.
It does not matter about the value of the deposit. Why in the world would I even want to risk banking such money into PERSONAL bank account?! And who are you to speak to me like this?
I wouldn’t recommend staying here at all. The person managing the place should either be fired or get some training. Or the least you could do is implement a credit card system.

The lobby is very hot, every space gets hot by 10pm, the management office are poor in B section and they don't invest properly in their facilities,They are obviously Cheapskate. The elevator facility are very low quality and so hot temperature, No a/c or fan. People always press both side elevator so the elevator always stop but nobody show. and other facility functions are also of very low quality, Carpark also requires a very difficult course to find the exit. Above all the attitude of the office management staff's are very terrible and rude, They will destroy your common nomal sense. All I can say is this management is very rude and terrible. Specially midle class office manager guy,this guy so staranger,Don’t look down on people because of what they wear or who they are. You think you are in the management then your level is high issit? Look at shame on your Low self esteem. If the owner of the building company is a Normal, this management office manager ditactor guy must be fired.please review his dismissal. And no matter what floor you move in the Ooak, You're going to live flatmate with very big black cockroach's the size of your finger much full. And when you use the kitchen water or when you use the water of the bathroom, you will see very dirty brown Water, The polluted water will definitely cause dermatitis in you. Whatever you want a cozy and save a your budget, please Don't come move in Ooak you should never become a resident of this residence. You must avoid for rent the Ooak suites...

The management is efficient; however, the security personnel frequently change. Some guards display unprofessional @nimalistic behavior, at times appearing overly familiar. Caution is advised, as certain guards have exhibited inappropriate conduct, including making disturbing disgusting assumptions about residents and expressing themselves in an unsettling manner. They may also exert undue mental pressure on residents, persistently harassing them without remorse if residents do not comply with their behavior. This is especially concerning for lady resident.
