Plaza Mont Kiara — Attraction in Kuala Lumpur

If I may give my feedback as a transporter or driver. Please make some parking spaces or allow cars to be park at the allocated loading n unloading which specify only for lorries n vans. Please allow it also for cars. I just want to pick up items for customer. Example. I have a pick up at computer today but the security refuse to let me park just for a few minutes to pick my item. This is not their fault. They r following the rules. I'm asking for mgmt to change. Please understand n go with the demands of today. Change with the times. It is not just the customers experience. Riders or transporters have rights too. We are all also trying to make a living.

Worst parking operator with terrible staff. All I wanted was a quick dash into McDonald's for a takeaway. He wanted to charge me RM5 and I told him I'd only be 5 minutes, plus you can see me going into the store and not anywhere else. It's 9pm and the parking spaces in front of McDonald's are aplenty, it's not like other paying customers won't have spaces to park at. I got annoyed and told him no, so I decided to check Google maps for other places in the area to dine at. But even that, he wouldn't allow me a few minutes to check for navigation. Seriously what is his deal??

Also, the management could probably spare a few lots for McDonald's takeaway...

I've never been met with such arrogance and sheer rudeness until today, parked my car outside, only to be met with a jockey slapping a ticket on my window, WHILE IM STILL INSIDE MY CAR, even had the gall to threaten to call the police on me when I asked when I was asking him what in the heavens was happening. What's more? Throughout the outskirts of the compound it is written "park at your own risk" which give the opposite of an impression of a jockey. It took me a long time to find it but there was only a single signboard inconspicuously tucked away, describing the "Jockey Service"....
