My colleagues and I came here for lunch. There were 11 of us. We were sat by the waiter at the sofa seat and he passed us the lunch set menu. It was written that there is a Buy 3 Free 1 (+ free drinks) promotion. So, we ordered 12 sets in total. No offence but it was difficult to communicate with the waiter because he wasn't clear and couldn't really understand our requests. The restaurant itself wasn't the cleanest. The sofa smells and the toilet was a nightmare. We waited for at least 45 mins for the first batch of food to be served. The next batch was after another 20 mins and the final batch was another 20 mins. Imagine waiting 1.5 hours for your lunch to be served when there are no other tables. The food were decent however, my colleague got food poisoning after eating their pork chop. She visited the washroom multiple times after having the pork chop. My fried chicken has keropok lekor taste which I suspect they are recycling the oil as they serve keropok lekor too. After finishing the meal, we went to pay and got a shock as the set lunch promotion wasn't what we expected. It wasn't "Buy 3 Free 1". The Buy 3 free 1 stands for Buy 3 meals Free 1 beer. When we ordered we asked the waiter and he told us there were choices of coke, sprite or 100 plus. There were no free drinks. It was a con and the waiter did not explain to us prior ordering. While the food was generally decent, one colleague suffered food poisoning from the pork chop, and the fried chicken tasted like it had been cooked in reused oil.
Additionally, the "Buy 3, Get 1 Free" promotion turned out to be a free beer with every three meals, not a free meal as we had understood. There only mentioned “Buy 3, Get 1 Free” and stated the lunch set was “RM16.80++ per set” only which definitely will mislead the consumers. This was quite disappointing. The lunch set promotion with the beer is also quite sarcastic, as office staff will not have beer during lunch hour (it is a beer theme, restaurant will be reasonable?). But we may only have the food at certain moments; hence, we are caught up in the “unclear meal promotion.”.
Overall, the experience was frustrating, and better communication from the staff and clearer promotion details are needed. I will not recommend...

When asked why it’s taking so long for the burger to come out , the staff not only took 20mins to get back to me with an update . He then told me another 5mins for the burger to come But the burger officially took 50mins to reach my table. Customer service 101. ) I was told there was no manager/supervisor on duty , manager was at another outlet. To be honest , if your staff aren’t 90%trained to handle issues , you shouldn’t leave the outlet at all. You risk bad reputation.
