Came on 1.1 and no choice but to sit outside. Extremely heaty though we got a seat right in front of the air cooler. All fan on low speed.
The main drawback of cos is the taste of the food. Honestly, it’s nothing to shout about. Every basic dim sum plate we ordered didn’t come right. Stir fry radish cake can just skip, my husband asked me whether I ordered a plate of bean sprout instead of radish cake! Radish cake texture like steam or blanch instead of stir fried. Sadness. Polo bun bbq pork bun, the crust is so crusty! With what u may ask? Crusty with sugar. I literally can see the grains of sugar and the sound of the grain of sugar as we bite the pastry. How bad can that be? The filling of the bbq pork is just bad. Tasteless. The pork rib came with almost a plateful of bones. lol. I don’t expect to pay for the bones and I hardly can find any meat for my toddler.
They came out with limited time dim sum (vegetarian dumpling) which I’ve never see or tasted anywhere. So we ordered one to try. It’s so sticky and starchy. If you have not gotten the new item right, pls don’t serve it first. I felt quite deceived since it’s marketed as limited time only, we tot it’s a must try item 🤦🏻♀️ our orders were mistaken a few times and went to another table. I duno why same mistake can be made a few times by the same staff. 🤔 anyway, there’s one thing good about this place, most of the staff are Chinese and they worked really fast to clear the place. Very impressive the way they trained their staff. Other than this, nothing will bring me here to ur dim sum place again. Jin Xuan is a much better option I would say. Sorry but u won’t...

Quoted as one of the best dim sum place in Sri Petaling.. this restaurant do live up to its expectations.. But unfortunately it's not for all stuffs on the menu. Pricing is reasonable at between RM5.90 to RM7.90 for the regular Dimsum and the place is clean and comfy.
The rundown:
The Iced Coffee 4 🌟 here wasn't too bad either as it's full flavoured (slightly bitter type).. And comparable with Ipoh white coffee. Generally a nice place to hang out as they also have an outdoor seating area. Highly recommended place to visit when you are around the corner.

Read moreHad dim sum for lunch and ordered marinated chicken feet with black soybeans, crystal spinach dumplings, stir-fried radish cake, and Ying Yang BBQ pork and shrimp rice rolls. We also tried three desserts: a regular egg tart, a Portuguese egg tart, the crispy polo BBQ pork bun and a passionfruit matcha pastry. All were tasty but the polo BBQ pork bun was a slight disappointment with very little filling inside.
The food quality and taste were above average. The rice rolls had a nice touch with a steamed bok choy garnish. The spinach dumplings, however, could be better presented. They only serve two, and they look a bit lost in the large rattan basket. Serving them on a smaller sauce plate might fill the space more nicely. We enjoyed the radish cake which has a generous helping of beansprouts.
The decor is pleasant and spacious, with a comfortably cool AC. They also have outdoor seating available. The restrooms could use a bit more attention for cleanliness, and it would help to prevent kitchen smells from reaching the bathroom.
The price is slightly higher than their competitor...
