Other bad reviews should be take into consideration. Those reviews are mean, but definitely truth. A staff seems to be like the supervisor of the branch is having a serious attitude problem. While we are in the midst of enjoying the food, she kind of interrupting us and told us that we only have 20 minutes left, without any sign of "Sorry for disturbing....." or etc. Then 20 minutes later, she directly take the bill and come in front of us and said our time is out, this is our bill!

Hello, your customer is still finishing their last few pieces of foods, aint going place any orders more! When the dining time is up, you are so on time to chase your customer out. But when come to orders placed you arent serving in timely manner, what kind of service is this?

When comes to drinks, we are requesting for glasses for beers, but you tell me that your store doesnt have enough glasses for even just a table of around 20 person? Also when you doing promotions for beer, please ensure you have sufficient supply. How do you expect 6 bottles of beers is enough for 20 seated table?

Ventilations are are disappointing. Air conditions leaking plus heat were unable to escalated out from dining area, I guess our sweat can used to refill the hotpot a few times already.

Terrible experience ever had, but hopefully you will have improvements for other customers, I personally will not pay another...

I have a great experience here. I went on Saturday 12.30pm with my family. I have made a booking an hour before that but actually you dont have to. We were the first customer. I believe lunch time less people so please come during lunch for your first experience. We spent around 1 hour 15 minutes there and we didnt get chased. The waitress were very attentive to our refill.

We ordered the super refill. It seems the differences between happy and super refill are just you can cook sliced chicken/pork and noodle in hotpot. Everything else is free (eg. Korean tea, rice, side dishes, ice cream).We only refill once for BBQ meat and sliced chicken because it's alot! They cooked it for you behind so you dont have to worry about smelly clothes. I think the steam egg is salted enough if you going to feed it with rice to your kid(if they got nothing else to eat). The kimchi saltiness flavour from the meat and hotpot must have covered the tongue tastebud. I remembered having to drink tons of water back home.

Overall, this is an affordable korean bbq restaurant. I will come back again next time but maybe order happy refill enough because my family not...

Don't know how to be flexible and accommodate to circumstances

Going there alone today because clearing AL and family members are working Called there to ask whether can dine in for 1 person, called a few times but nobody pick up Went there and try to ask whether can dine in for 1 person for happy refill. I mentioned to them I don't need the soup, chicken and burger patty... And I don't need to refill too, I pay you rm25 for 1 time (Kim chi pancake, egg and pork) But they keep on mentioned cannot. I know some buffet memang for 2 person and above. But what if customer are lonely, single, no couple and family... Does it means that they don't deserve to try a buffet? If waste food then fine la... Simple thing what When I work alone at other state, I've been to a few buffet restaurants where they allow 1 person buffet and mentioned clearly, if waste food rm10/100g... Isn't it flexible and easy for customers
