Extremely Disappointed & Unsafe Dining Experience at NABE Hotpot

I visited NABE Hotpot yesterday and it was, without exaggeration, one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived, the staff were rude, unprofessional, and completely disinterested in serving customers. Simple questions were met with attitude, and any request was treated like a burden.

The real concern, however, was the quality of the food. The meat served was clearly not fresh — it had a strange smell and slimy texture.

This is absolutely unacceptable for any food establishment, especially one charging premium prices.

For the price they’re charging, the service, hygiene, and food quality are appalling. There is no justification for this level of negligence, especially when it comes to something as serious as food safety.

Avoid this place at all costs. Your health is not worth the risk.

Worth Every Bite! From the moment we stepped into Nabe Hotpot & Sukiyaki, the ambiance was cozy and inviting – perfect for a relaxed makan session with friends or family.

The food? Simply ‘ngam’ wt my taste! The selection of meats, seafood, and fresh vegetables was impressive – everything looked fresh and high quality. The beef slices were tender and juicy, and the seafood was fresh and sweet. We tried Tomyam and miso soup bases – sedap! The flavors were rich and perfectly balanced.

What really took the experience to the next level was the sauce bar. So many choices – from sesame, ponzu, chili oil, garlic, spring onion – semua ada! You can really customise ikut selera sendiri. I mixed a few and ended up with a super tasty combo yang buatkan setiap suapan U nak makan lagi n lagi.

Don’t even get me started on the desserts – the soft serve ice cream was creamy and smooth, and the mini cakes were just nice, not too sweet. A perfect ending to a heavy meal.

Staff pun very friendly and cepat refill anything we needed. Price-wise, totally reasonable for the quality and variety offered.

Highly recommend to anyone craving hotpot or sukiyaki – this place memang kena try at least once, but confirm lepas...

From the moment we walked in, the place felt cozy and welcoming — clean tables, comfortable seating, and friendly staff who explained everything clearly. The variety of soup bases is fantastic; I tried the sukiyaki and spicy mala, and both were full of flavor. The sukiyaki was sweet and comforting, while the mala gave that perfect spicy kick. 🌶️🔥

The ingredients were all super fresh — thinly sliced meats, juicy prawns, and crisp vegetables. The dipping sauces were well-prepared, and I loved being able to customize my mix. Plus, the buffet-style setup makes it easy to try a bit of everything without rushing.
