I have been a loyal fan of BKK, but this visit was utterly disappointing. I seriously doubt if the management even cares about running this place. The service was terrible, the environment was dirty, and the food was awful. To make things worse, the staff were playing loud Indian music on their phones — there is clearly zero quality control or standards here.
After I placed my order, the staff simply put pre-made food into the microwave. I waited for 15 minutes, and it still wasn’t ready. When I went to ask about it, the employee ignored me, turned away, and just took the food out without a word.
Not a single word of communication — not even a "thank you." When I told them there were no spoons available, they didn’t refill them and instead gave me a sidelong glare.
When I finally opened my food, I was disappointed once again. My Ayam Merah was orange — not the color it’s supposed to be — and there was no sauce at all. It looked like dry, overcooked fried chicken.
What’s more, dirty plates and bowls were left on tables for over an hour without being cleared. This has honestly been my worst dining experience ever. Even a random street food stall is cleaner and better...

Your closing time is 10pm, what’s going on? And when I asked for hot tea, they said no more because the cup finished. That’s not our problem as customers. Other branches can serve until 10pm with no issue, why can’t this one? Also, the staff are extremely rude and clearly have zero customer service. I really hope you take this seriously because this is...

To be honest I was pleasantly surprised. I just tapau one nasi lemak and one coffee to my hotel room for a quick snack. It was naturally late and the food was cold. Even then, I totally enjoyed it. A bit spicy for me but it ticked all the necessary requirements. Rice. Bilis. Sambal. Egg. Yes, and yes. Don't expect an out of the world experience. But comfort food. Definitely. Without a doubt, fulfilled it. The coffee was a revelation. Thick. Tasty. Good kick to the palate. Excellent. Definitely don't mind coming back for a...
