I visited this restaurant based on its advertised status as a Muslim food establishment. However, I observed there is a staff with tattoo directly handling food preparation in the kitchen, which directly contradicts fundamental halal compliance requirements. As a Muslim, tattoo is permanent haram. But I don't see the restaurant abide the law of Islam.
I also deeply concerned about food safety and quality standards. I was served chicken that was significantly undercooked, visibly pink and rubbery in the center. This posing serious health risks. Equally alarming was the pak choi, served entirely uncut making it impossible to eat without proper preparation. These oversights suggest a troubling lapse in kitchen protocols.
While I respect the diversity of culinary staff, the combination of these issues; undercooked poultry, unprocessed vegetables, and general inattention to basic standards. This undermined any sense of safety or enjoyment. Food establishments must prioritize customer well-being through rigorous adherence to hygiene and cooking guidelines. The experience was not just disappointing; it felt irresponsible.
I urge management to immediately review ingredient handling, cooking procedures, and staff training. Customers deserve meals prepared with competence and care. Until these critical flaws are addressed, I cannot recommend this venue and advise others to exercise caution. Accountability and swift corrective action are essential to...
Read moreNot even three tables are occupied. Not too sure what took them so. Long to serve a portion of chicken rice. After 16mins,they brought me the wrong order-got wan tan mee instead of chicken rice. I hen I had to wait another round (they need to serve the customers first and wait for my queue again). What???!!! The chicken was too salty and hard. Soup too, salty.i remember when I came to this shop last tkme, they serve the braised egg in a separate bowl. Now they dumped all wanton and egg together with the rice. Plus, the serving can be improved. Look at how they dumped the wanton. So messy.
The chilli, used to be one of the best. Now it doesn't taste like authentic chicken rice chilli. More like chilli sauce mixed with blended chilli. No taste of ginger, vinegar. Horrible.
Chicken was dry. Hard. Even drumstick.
Service too, was terrible, tbh. Overpriced for this...
Read moreIdk if I wanted to go here again, waited for more than 30 mins for the food and the drinks also didnt arrive yet. I asked the middle age lady waiter about my food and not even a single sorry but told me ‘ order ikut turn, meja sana ramai orang’..like bruh dont give me excuses , at least say ‘SORRY FOR THE LONG WAIT, YOUR FOOD WILL ARRIVE SOON’. Tell your staff to learn some customer service ethics instead of giving excuses. The place wasnt even full house. Service charge is way expensive than other restaurants which cost up to nearly RM8 but food arrive damn slow with unprofessional replies from waiter.
