This hotpot setup looks absolutely mouthwatering and promises a rich, flavor-packed experience from the very first bite. The dual broth pot features a striking yin-yang design—one side bubbling with a spicy, aromatic red broth filled with chili peppers, Sichuan peppercorns, and goji berries, while the other side simmers a milky, creamy soup base likely made with bone marrow or herbal ingredients for a nourishing contrast.
The ingredients surrounding the pot are a true feast for the senses. There are trays of beautifully marbled, thinly sliced pork and beef, ready to be swirled briefly in the boiling broth until perfectly tender. The bowls offer a variety of textures and flavors: juicy meatballs, chewy black fungus, fresh quail eggs, and tender tripe—all essentials for a well-rounded hotpot session.
On the side, a fresh egg and a square of crispy instant noodles add an extra touch of indulgence. Completing the meal is a tall, refreshing pitcher of lemon and mint-infused water to cleanse the palate between bites.
Overall, this hotpot isn’t just a meal—it’s a flavorful adventure, with every dip and swirl bringing you closer to culinary bliss. Would you like tips on how to cook each ingredient...
Read moreHey, the table for 3 people is so small, its only suitable for 2 people. The chopstick has dropped for two times and the water spilled just because i accidentally touched the straw. And while this happen, no staff come and say anything, nothing. Another point, why cant u provide online booking?? You clearly know u have alot of customers and u choose to let them sit opposite and wait there? And require must all people arrive then only can enter?? What is the point, this is so unreasonable...The seat today was near the road and people waiting was behind my back.. Hey i really dont like the feeling that there are so many people watching u eat and is so dangerous. The place to take the food is also so crowded. Please la if u dont have enough space then dont prepare so much table and make the space more smaller. This is my second time to come here and the first time is so less people and the overall experience consider still ok. But this time i really disappointed....
Read moreArrived at around 6 PM and waited approximately 30 minutes for a seat—not too bad.
I ordered the recommended pumpkin soup and HDL Mala soup. My verdict: the pumpkin soup is good but not worth the hype. It somewhat tastes like instant Campbell soup—not the canned ones, but the powdered version. As for the mala soup, it could be better if they refilled it with broth instead of plain water. Adding water kills the flavor after the refill.
For the ingredients, there’s nothing particularly special—just your typical hotpot selection. However, the standout feature is the portion sizes. Starting at RM3.80 per bowl, it’s a great option for small eaters who still want to enjoy hotpot, as regular portions tend to be larger and more expensive.
For two people, the total bill came to RM80+ with one drink. I’d say it’s still reasonable. The downside is that sitting outside can be a bit hot, especially since they had to shield the entrance due to the rain.
