Came with my dad who was abit unwell at the time, it was right after we went for a movie, 9pm-ish. and Female tudung staff was just not it (my apologies but im a malay as well). Wrongly took our orders. Did not repeat our order after taking them. Wanted to ask her to repeat our order but she just left. and i didnt want to tell her how to do her job. I respect this line of work. There’s a limit. I understand it’s almost closing time but looked around and there were still a lot of customers dining in. If i’m kind to you, why cant you atleast do the same?
we only ordered one drink. it was a glass of warm water for my dad, we got that but it wasnt even warm. after that, she brought over coke which we didnt order or even said the word “coke”. and then a few other waiters came again and asked a few more times whether we had ordered another drink (the coke). we patiently answered multiple times, said no and even said thank you to them every time we answered.
for our honey chipotle southwest tenders order, we specifically said, sauce on the side, separate from the tenders, do not coat the tenders with the sauce, i made sure she understood, i told her in bahasa multiple times, she nodded as if she understood it. sos asing, tak nak salut. and after 20 minutes, it came and the tenders were coated. we didnt say a word and we said thank you as if we were not paying rm100+ for the food AND service.
Our food came later than another customer who had gotten their food way earlier, and who ARRIVED after we sat down and ordered (yes, we lowkey notice when these things happen at restaurants, we keep track) and our nachos were cold.
after taking barely any bites, we asked them to pack the food for us and thank all the waiters on the way out and left. i was a true supporter of chili’s and this experience made it my last trip to any chili’s outlet in Malaysia. Respectfully, hire your staffs carefully or risk losing business...

We wanted to find a place for 8 pax but the staff said the place was full and asked if it’s okay for us to wait, we were okay with waiting and had no problem with it.
But then another staff came (maybe he was the supervisor or manager because he wore a different uniform, a white uniform). This male staff said that the wait will be long and ask if we were okay with it, I said we were okay, but he insisted that we just go find another restaurant. We feel like he was purposely driving us away even though we were OKAY WITH WAITING AND WAS NOT EVEN MAD.
Then at last we just said okay we will go and asked if its ok if we leave our phone number so that they can call us if there’s a table but he replied that they don’t take bookings?? We didn’t even say we wanted to book, we just wanted to know if there were a table for us later and if they didn't call its okay
Also, if they really don’t accept bookings, then why cant they just leave us alone to wait and queue??
Wouldn't recommend this branch to anyone...
